The drive thru car wash is $18 & doesn't even include a coin to vacuum... that's a crazy price to not even offer that service included and when I asked to purchase she said she couldn't charge me for it without cash. read more

Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this Exxon. Their gas is typically priced higher than other stations in the area, but my main issue was the car wash charge. At the pump, I was asked if I wanted a car wash. The YES/NO options on the screen did not properly align with the physical buttons, making it unclear which button selected which option. I attempted to select NO, but it registered YES. I tried to cancel but couldn't, and no price was displayed. I selected the most basic option and later discovered I had been charged $18. I immediately went inside and asked for a refund. The attendant refused and told me to call/text a number. I called, left a voicemail, and texted. I eventually received a generic response blaming "user error" and denying the refund, even though I had clearly tried not to purchase the wash. For an $18 charge that I immediately disputed, this could have been handled very easily with good customer service. Instead, I was ultimately ignored. The station is convenient, but after this experience, I won't be buying gas here again. read more

If I could rate this gas station ZERO I would, but maybe it deserves 1 point for being in a convenient location near the 5 Fwy. I needed to fill my tank to drive back home early this morning and it was CLOSED. Who closes a gas station? Every pump said "this pump has been locked" and of course there's no cashier. I don't understand why you even need someone there if people can use their credit/debit at the pump. Anyway, boo, this station is the worst. read more

The car wash was $18, the guy behind the counter incredibly rude. Would not recommend.

Other than being at the I-5 Solana Beach exit, I'm hard-pressed to recommend this Mobil station. When we stopped here two weeks ago, The Cash price for Regular gasoline was $4.699 per gallon and the Credit price was $4.799. Both are considerably higher than the average prices for North County. Several of the pumps were out-of-order. read more

THE WORST OF THE WORST and I have Many Reasons BIT I Will Focusing on 2 of Them: 1. The Worst Customer Service Ever, The Cashier Girl That Working There is Very Rude More Than Imagine and Disrespectful Like They Bring her from The Trash ... I Saw HOW She Treated The People Disrespectfully and When I Asked her to Stop She Said That's not Your Business and if YOU Didn't Like my Words Go to Another Place ... I didn't Like to Create Problem because it's Only a Short Stop to Get a Coffee BUT Promise it Will be The Last Time I Buy Something from This Place ... 2. There Prices are So High, The Gas More Than Other Places in That Area 20 cents per Gallon, Their Merchants 20 - 30% More Than Other Places in The Same Area... it's not Worth it ! It's insane how much the prices went up recently for a car wash that only cleans minimally.

The cashier was rude. I asked to use the restroom. He said it's not a public restroom. I agreed with that, but I said I would fill up my car. He didn't let me use it. Come on! They have a great location but bad customer service. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Bad attitude and bad for business .Used their touch free car wash which did not fully clean my car. Was given greenlight to exit the car wash to find soap still all over my car. When asking the attendant for a refund and showing him video of my car with soap all over, he proceeded to tell me " the receipt says no refunds". I explained that I purchased a car wash which means I should at least exit with a clean car and because my car did not get cleaned, I should refunded (or a free car wash to go through again ). He proceeded to tell me that sometimes it does that and repeated " the receipt says no refunds, and I can take it up with management when they're in". First, this kid with a loser attitude has no place dealing with customers face to face. Second, don't waste your time giving your business to this establishment. They are bad for business read more

Car Wash specific: I paid $15 for a deluxe car wash but it didn't even fully wash all the soap off, let alone the dirt. The guy behind the cash register didn't even seem to care nor have any interest in fixing it. Such a bad business! read more

Waited in line for the car wash for 20 minutes to get to the front and the sign said cash or code only. I didn't have any cash so I had to have the car behind me back up so I could get out to go inside to pay with my card to get a code. When I told the worker inside there should be a sign that says cash only a little farther away she said "all the regulars know". Very rude. I understand it's a drive through car wash, so the quality isn't amazing. However I drove through to get the dirt off but it barely did that. Should have read the reviews first.... would NOT recommend this to anyone. read more

Beware Mobil Gas Station on Lomas Santa Fe and Solana Hills Just want to warn neighbors please don't patronize this business they are running a scam on the air/water and should not be rewarded for this! I paid for gas and a car wash, then needed to put air in my tires. I went inside to ask them to turn on the air, as they are required to provide free air/water to paying customers (which I clearly was). Paty told me their inside control didn't work and she couldn't turn it on from the inside, so I would have to pay for the air outside. Ok, fair enough I understand sometime things don't function correctly. So I went back outside, paid $2.50 for the air and it still wouldn't turn on. I went back inside to get my money back, and "miraculously" Paty was able to turn the air on from inside, but refused to give me my money back. Clearly they are in violation of state law to provide free air to paying customers, and just lie and say they can't turn the air on for free. When I asked for my money back Paty just flat out said no I could not get my money back. She was extremely rude. It's not about the $2.50, obviously. It's about a business being ethical and not trying to rip off its customers. I have reported them to state (who probably will do nothing), so just want to provide a warning to all to avoid this unethical business - there are plenty of other gas stations in our neighborhood to patronize who aren't trying to rip off their customers! read more

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. Worst car wash. Went inside to ask for a refund and was told by Paty, "the car wash works just fine. It's touch-less, you don't bring dirty cars here." Excuse me, what? What are you supposed to bring to a car WASH then? Unreal. read more

I purchased a cord and immediately tested it in my car, but it didn't connect. I went to the register to exchange it for gas as the cashier had informed me I could. However, the cashier refused without a valid reason and threatened to call the police when I calmly asked to speak to someone else for clarification. Unprofessional and rude staff. Staff is extremely rude, to the point that actually I actually don't go here unless I absolutely have to. I have spoken to the owner before and obviously nothing has happened in light of all the additional reviews here about the same rude employees. the only thing I go for now is an occasional car wash. And even those are substandard. The dryer doesn't work and I have to dry my car manually. Gas is higher priced than almost anywhere else in my area. Avoid. read more

I'm getting my car washed right now. It seems like it's going pretty well for a machine. The gas pumps here are fast. There was no wait for gas but there was one for the car wash. It took like 20 mins for the three cars before me. Now I'm done. My windshield is still wet. The dryers are not that great, but I haven't seen the outside of my car yet. Will Keep you posted once I valet my car. A plus is the water sprayer gets all angels of the car and I liked that your car stays put during the whole process instead of other car washes where you have to creep towards the dryer. $12 for the premium car wash, which isn't too expensive given the area. But if you really need to get a wash here get the cheap one because it's honestly will be just the same. Save the two dollars! Overall, if you need a quick wash and you're in the area, then stop by. But if you need a really clean car, wash it yourself. read more

Very rude female cashier. Higher priced than most gas stations. Go elsewhere. The receipts on the pumps never work and mostly out of order.

The management does not live up to their commitments. I have been a regular customer for over 4 years. It was pretty much the only place I got gas and did an automatic car wash. I often purchased a car was and intended to come back. But the wash is often out of service. But I got a wash code almost every time. But when I came back to use it the wash was out of service. My wash codes expired so I asked if I could still use them and they said "no" read more

Nope! Look - I get it. A drive-thru car wash isn't the Rolls Royce of options. But this car wash will definitely leave your car with dirt still on it and you'll be out of time in your day. I waited 45 minutes one time and was absolutely mind boggled as to how a drive-thru car wash could take so long. read more

I have been using this gas station and car wash for many, many years!!! Will not go back! The car wash is broken even the cheapest available and apparently working program. What kind of customer service is that? Simply dishonest. I would put a zero star if I could. read more

The company I work for has a corporate account with Mobil. I stopped at this location on 08/19 at 9:30 AM, my intent was to fill up, use the restroom and buy a cup of coffee. When I entered the station I noticed that they were not allowing customers to use the restroom. I asked the teller about this and she rudely stated that it is "out of order". I told her we were a national account who used their facilities and I'm tired of them expecting people to buy gas while not offering restroom facilities and that I will be taking our company business elsewhere. She sarcastically replied "good". So much for friendly customer service. I took my business down the street to a 76 station. The restroom was open and friendly service. To bad for Lomas Santa Fe Mobil, we will not be using Mobil stations any longer. Good Riddens! read more

SUPER great manager. She's very kind and funny. Love getting my gas from here!! Cute little store too:)

Yes, prices high because just off Interstate 5. Car wash today was malfunctioning. No soap or polish were delivered (and I've been here frequently). Got a car wash today, but it didn't wash the car at all. When I went inside to ask the person I purchased the car wash from (Juan), he was rude and said, "that's what the car wash does." So, the car wash is not supposed to wash the car? That doesn't even make sense. He gave me attitude and just looked at me like I was stupid. I'm going to call Alecia the manager on Monday to speak with her about the nonfunctional car wash gimmick and see what she has to say about Juan. Just stay away from here and look at the pictures I posted of the car right after the car wash. read more

RUDE! I had witnessed an extremely curt and unprofessional exchange at this gas station between management and a customer several months ago, so I had not returned until a couple weeks ago when out of necessity my car was on empty. I filled up and bought a $12 carwash as well. After waiting 20 minutes in line, I needed to pick up my kids so I left knowing the code was good for awhile. I returned today with my code in hand, a couple days after the 10 day limit and asked if they could make an exception and allow me to use the code today as I was filling up and purchasing several snacks. I cannot tell you how unfriendly and downright mean they were. "Absolutely not." was their response. My husband said, "That's short sighted." To which the manager snidely shrugged and said, "Have a great day!" Unbelievable. read more

I thought I would try this place today around 8:30 am. I could have gotten gas but decided no way at $4.63 there are much better gas options. I drove straight around to the washing tunnel there were 2 cars ahead of me. Come to find out the machine does not take debit card and there was no sign before entering about it. It does say it takes 10s 5s and 1s, so I gather $10 bucks in cash it's the cheapest wash option and we all know the cars come out looking the same from these type of washes no matter what you choose. The machine is so run down it no longer accepts cash and has no out of order sign and since it says wait for the wash I kept trying while getting sprayed from car ahead in the tunnel. No car wash for me and I have to wait for two cars to finish getting my dirty car wet just so I can leave since 4 cars were now behind me..This place should have a clear sign no debit or cash/ Code only for washes. I would have stopped inside to purchase one but after that I drove away. This location is a never again for me. After reading the other bad reviews I'm glad I didn't waste my $ on this wash. read more

I wish I could give this place a negative star! Horrible, horrible, horrible...did I say horrible?! Horrible car wash...there is no wash in their car wash, my car came out just as dirty as before the 30 minute wait. My grandmother could spit harder than the soap and water comes out. I was disgusted and went to to get my money back...the "owner doesn't give refunds." To which I relied of course not, how do you think he makes all his money here? By ripping off customers with the washless car wash. They gave me a so called raincheck to be used with in 7 days. Why did I waste another 30 min of my life? 2nd time through...sucker right?! Car is just as dirty. DO NOT WASH YOUR CAR HERE AND BE SUCKERED INTO LOSING $10 or more. read more

Gas prices are always 10-20 cents above competing stations and the pump computers are slow. Little gas station tucked away on Lomas Santa Fe road right before you hit the I-5. Nothing really spectacular about this place. May have been a bit peeved now that I recall because the latch on the gas pump was broken and I had to hold the lever down the whole time gas was pumping. What, a Diva you say? :p A Dixieline and maybe a Sprouts(?) was right across from the station so 3 stars for the convenience of it all. That, and the fact that I made it to the gas station without having to push my car makes this review A-OK all around. read more

DO NOT GET CAR WASHED HERE!! After waiting in line for 20 minutes, I bought my $11 car wash which was the most expensive option out of the 3. When I got home and was getting out of my car, at quick glance I noticed how my car looked just as dirty as it did before it went through. I was so furious that I drove back as I only live less than a few minutes away. I politely went in and asked if he could give me a refund or send me through again. He basically told me there was nothing he could do for me and for me to go f**k myself. I was so mad, still am 3 hours later. I will never buy gas or a thing from this spot again.
