Mrs. K and I built our large coffees just the way we like them, medium roast ground to order with a touch of cream and a few ice cubes, and when I went to pay the clerk smiled and told me it was free which was fabulous and added a little spark to the morning. We didn't need fuel or snacks this time around but the price on the pumps was competitive and the coolers were full if we had needed anything, another solid Love's stop along the way. They stated that they reviewed the cameras and that I had not washed my car since July 2023. That was because I was using Rich's on Airport. ( I will never use anyone but Rich's after this) Also I was told that I should visit the bug wash station before washing the car if they would have clearly reviewed their cameras they would have seen that I did that and I also stated that I had visited the bug wash station in my review. Just as other reviews were not happy with the car wash. I have learned my lesson and this will be the last time that I visit this location.

They pre clean your car with a mop looking thing because you know if your car is extra dirty your car will not be wash completely so that takes care of it. all of their washes come with tire shine which for me is so important because it's like not brushing your teeth in the morning because you brushed them at night Their vacuums are very powerful. I would recommend taking a brush type of tool to help the cracks and edges because the mouth of the vacuums are on the thicker side. They offer free glass cleaner solution spray and unlimited microfiber towels for you to use there so you have everything except special/specific products you may want to use. I went to get my car washed. After getting my car washed I went to vacuum it out and raw sewage from this machine covered my upper body, got in my hair and ruined my white blouse. I actually thought it was raining; once I saw this black stuff spilling all over me and inside my car door and front seat. I had to jump back in my car and shut my door. I drove back around to the attendants there and told them what happened. They could careless but did take my name and number and gave me (get this) a napkin to try to whip the debris off my face. My white blouse was totally ruined with black nasty smelling spots all over my blouse. I was on my lunch break and had to head back to work for a meeting. Needless to say there was no way I could go back to my office looking like this. I had to stop at a boutique downtown and purchase a shirt for $50. The manager Craig Martin, Site Manager at Ultra Car Wash called me at work. During our conversation he indicated that I would be reimbursed. I sent him the receipt for the blouse that I had just purchased. The actual blouse I had on was $75 that I purchased a year ago from Dillard's in Miami Florida; however, I do not have the receipt as it has been well over a year since I purchased the said garment. I told him I would like very much to be reimbursed for the blouse as well and to please mail a ck to me. I also told him to please cancel my membership with Ultra Car Wash. This is from the Mgr: Again.. I apologize for that happening to you at our car wash. Yes you will be fully refunded for the damage to your dress. I do not expect you to have a receipt from a year ago. My CSA Donnise terminated your membership when you asked her to do so. I will however go back into the system and confirm this for you. If you are here for a drink - beware - most of the drink stations were out of order. The car wash was the typical, drive in and park and we will clean your vehicle up. lol. So don't expect miracles or your van to come out looking like a Mercedes The standard car wash $5, lol pretty good value considering they had a pre-packaged doughnut for $2.89 at the check out.
