My white car had tar all over the fenders. It didn't come off after going through the car wash. Rich's in Daphne give me a complimentary wash. Additionally, they came out to my car afterward and manually applied a special solvent to remove the remaining tar! They were so professional and accommodating. This was a perfect example of going above and beyond their jobs to satisfy me as a customer. My car looks brand new! No more tar! My wife enrolled in the most expensive monthly wash membership. It went fine the first time that we went through the wash. Te second time was about a week later. The computer didn't recognize the barcode sticker that was installed on the windshield. So we couldn't enter. Meanwhile, cars were backing up behind us as a young man walked slowly from the gate to the building and back three times. Eventually another young man walked up and asked what was wrong. We explained, gave him once again the last four digits of the card used to enroll, the name, tag number etc. Cars continued to back up behind us. I asked him to use his code to pass us through so the other customers could be served. After a couple of minutes he did so. We paid for the most expensive wash, but didn't get all of the promised services. For example there is a horizontal buff wheel that is supposed to polish your car at the end of the tunnel. It didn't work. When we told one of the workers, his reply was simply, "okay." I also mentioned that their floor mat washer was inoperative. He told me that it had not worked in a while. Three day before this, I had mentioned this issue to one of the employees. He said that he would talk to the manager. I showed him how my car had not been cleaned on top. There was sand on the sunroof, and he told me that with my membership, I could return the following day to have it washed again. I explained that I paid for it to be cleaned every time and that I had neither the time nor the inclination to come back everyday until my car was clean. This is apparently the kind of service that Rich's gives. If not, I hope someone responsible there reads this and contacts me about continuous bad experiences with their equipment and employees. If it's not the way they wish to be represented, maybe they will contact me and make things right for me, and for you. My car wasn't incredibly dirty, but it had the notorious bug guts splattered on the windshield and grill. I didn't have time to wash my car by hand so I whipped into Rich's after being disgusted at seeing the graveyard spotting my car. For only $12 I got a wash, tired and wheel treatment, and RainX added (extra $2), and my car was looking pretty sweet when I left! As you pull in, there is a station to the left to scrub off bug remnants before your wash if you'd like. However, the vacuum is reserved for after a car wash; one cannot pull in and vacuum their car out and potentially leave without paying for this use. So, after going through the wash, you're more than welcome to use a station to vacuum your vehicle out. read more

Ive been using this carwash 2.5 years. Have a membership. Over the last few months service has gotten worse. Fewer, slower and less attentive employees. The machine is tearing off the trim on the left side of my vehicle. Shouos be adjusted. I used to tip $5 to the waxers. I no longer tip. Lazy job. Guess I'll try Bebo's. read more

Went through on the 20$ wash trucks lower half,tailgate back window still covered in pollen. Tried to signal to the attendant to spray degreaser on these areas She paid no attention at all with a look of desperation. Daphne location. Never get the wheels clean. This time they sprayed wheel clean chemicals on drivers side wheels and not on passenger side wheels. I've been using this location for over a year and they are not as efficient as they used to be. read more

The car wash itself does an excellent job. The wax service is worth it if you're even considering it. I had the monthly membership for 2 months and really enjoyed it, a very good deal for these summer month of rain and pollen. Not effecting my rating but my only two minor complaints: 1) the tire shine service looks amazing on my tires but slings black stuff onto my car when you leave the wash. 2) You can't cancel your membership unless it is in person and there is no phone number for the local services. I still give them 5 stars because of the very helpful guy I was able to get in touch with later to resolve my membership cancelation. And like I said, this car wash, vacuums, mat cleaner, wax - all amazing services at this price. read more

I love Rich's! Even if there is long line the wait time is minimal. My car always comes out squeaky clean. Bring a towel to dry off any wet spots in your covered bay slot after the wash with all the vacuums blowers and mat cleaner you need. The air fresheners they used to hand out are now scarce but there is a fun auto vending machine by the mat shampooer. Do know I have lost little parts from my car, but it is a pretty off-one vehicle and now the attendant covers the spot with a bit of tape. Car detail is professional and an annual after-pollen luxury for me. In the interim, a weekly trip to Rich's keeps my rolling happy place shiny and ready to spin around. read more

The vehicle in front of us left before it was finished drove off and caused a disruption in the timing of the wash. Paid 20 bucks for a wash and wax, but I don't think the car got completely washed. Tried to have a conversation with the manager but he was overbearing and Really did not understand the situation. Never had it completely done drove away dissatisfied never to return. read more

Now we have to agree to disagree, as I was not quick enough to connect the dots when I first noticed small chips of paint missing on my left rear fender. After my recent visit to Rich's car wash in Daphne on Monday, May 17, 2021, I noticed a 10" line of missing paint on my left rear fender after leaving the car wash and going straight home. Ryan Hauck of Rich's car wash in Daphne, tells me that I had at least 3 chips of paint missing in that area and that THEIR equipment caught it and made the 10" line, but because "the paint chips were prior damage" Ryan said Rich's is NOT responsible for the damage to my vehicle! The three previous chips marks, I realized WERE made by Rich's car wash, I just didn't realize it soon enough, but now I realize that they happened each time after I had run my car through Rich's car wash! So, BEWARE FOLKS...make sure you look your vehicle over before and AFTER if you use Rich's because they will tell you it's NOT their fault! Wishing I could post a photo for you. read more

Worst car wash I've ever been through. Pulled over to vacuum my car out and my car was still wet, like it was never "air dried." The bugs on the front grill and side windows look as if they were never disturbed. Very disappointed, heading home to rewash parts of my car. read more

They're always ready to help out, polite and they actually seem to enjoy their time there. Was unhappy with my $10 wash and complained. Learned of the self bug prep which is fantastic. However spend more than $10 and go through the wax tunnel or have to dry the car yourself. They made it right! Great customer service! Chase took care of us. Excellent customer service. read more
