The computer didn't recognize the barcode sticker that was installed on the windshield. So we couldn't enter. Meanwhile, cars were backing up behind us as a young man walked slowly from the gate to the building and back three times. Eventually another young man walked up and asked what was wrong. We explained, gave him once again the last four digits of the card used to enroll, the name, tag number etc. Cars continued to back up behind us. I asked him to use his code to pass us through so the other customers could be served. After a couple of minutes he did so. We paid for the most expensive wash, but didn't get all of the promised services. For example there is a horizontal buff wheel that is supposed to polish your car at the end of the tunnel. It didn't work. When we told one of the workers, his reply was simply, "okay." I also mentioned that their floor mat washer was inoperative. He told me that it had not worked in a while. Three day before this, I had mentioned this issue to one of the employees. He said that he would talk to the manager. I showed him how my car had not been cleaned on top. There was sand on the sunroof, and he told me that with my membership, I could return the following day to have it washed again. I explained that I paid for it to be cleaned every time and that I had neither the time nor the inclination to come back everyday until my car was clean. This is apparently the kind of service that Rich's gives. If not, I hope someone responsible there reads this and contacts me about continuous bad experiences with their equipment and employees. If it's not the way they wish to be represented, maybe they will contact me and make things right for me, and for you.
