The next day we could hardly get in the car. We had actually used a container full of wipes already trying to clean it up ourselves. My husband called a number of places with an hour drive and they either couldn't help us, or not for another day which was when we needed to be driving home to New Orleans. Terrapin seemed to want our business and actually came to us at the hotel after finishing their other jobs. He cleaned the backseat like new again, even didn't want to use the chemicals on my daughter's car seat in case they'd irritate her skin so asked to take her car seat home overnight to wash it for us. Brought the car seat cover back the next morning and we are happily and cleanly driving back to New Orleans now without a trace of vomit! VERY reasonably priced, especially for the service. My wife enrolled in the most expensive monthly wash membership. It went fine the first time that we…read morewent through the wash. Te second time was about a week later. The computer didn't recognize the barcode sticker that was installed on the windshield. So we couldn't enter. Meanwhile, cars were backing up behind us as a young man walked slowly from the gate to the building and back three times. Eventually another young man walked up and asked what was wrong. We explained, gave him once again the last four digits of the card used to enroll, the name, tag number etc. Cars continued to back up behind us. I asked him to use his code to pass us through so the other customers could be served. After a couple of minutes he did so. We paid for the most expensive wash, but didn't get all of the promised services. For example there is a horizontal buff wheel that is supposed to polish your car at the end of the tunnel. It didn't work. When we told one of the workers, his reply was simply, "okay." I also mentioned that their floor mat washer was inoperative. He told me that it had not worked in a while. Three day before this, I had mentioned this issue to one of the employees. He said that he would talk to the manager. I showed him how my car had not been cleaned on top. There was sand on the sunroof, and he told me that with my membership, I could return the following day to have it washed again. I explained that I paid for it to be cleaned every time and that I had neither the time nor the inclination to come back everyday until my car was clean. This is apparently the kind of service that Rich's gives. If not, I hope someone responsible there reads this and contacts me about continuous bad experiences with their equipment and employees. If it's not the way they wish to be represented, maybe they will contact me and make things right for me, and for you. Because if they treat people with multiple memberships like this, what shpuld you expect? Why rate them as high as a 2? The water was on...
