Terrible customer service. Once I bought a $5 car wash but that day there was an attendant who inputted the purchase and later found out I was charged for a $13 car wash. Tried to call the office to sort it out and discovered there is no office. The company customer service is run by whoever is at the car wash. Tried to get a car wash today and was turned away because my lane had closed due to machine running out of cash. Poorly run company and the service is terrible. Good solid car wash. It's the best one I've found on the Eastern Shore and I've pretty much tried them all. A full super duper deluxe (don't remember what they call it?) is $14.95 but for $5.00 more you get a 2nd super duper deluxe and I opt for this as we have two cars. This makes it $19.95 for two vehicles. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that they don't have an option (that I am aware of) to shampoo the floor mats as some other car washes do. I also noticed there are no custom detailing options as a few other places have, but all told, if you want a pretty thorough fast job, this is your place. read more

I purchased a car wash here today mostly to use the covered vacuums. When it got time to vacuum...none of their vacuums worked. An attendant came out to tell me that they shut off their vacuums when it rains. Sorry and shrug was all I got. They should tell you at the front if their vacuums are going to be shut down. Bebo's is a fast car wash that cleans your car or suv better than I would. That said, it's not the greatest I've been to and it's not the worst. If you go through the car wash you'll receive free vacuum hoses to give your car a fast cleaning. They do not offer a detail shop or accessories but for $20 a month it's not bad. I try to go every other day to get my money's worth but sometimes the line is too long especially around rush hour, 3-5PM. I've witnessed a car tire being popped from their track. Thankfully I've never had a problem. Their dryer also seems to be too short, my car is always dripping wet when I leave, so make sure to bring a microfiber towel! read more

Bebo's... good stuff, reliable, clean, cheap. Only thing to make them 5 stars would be if they hand dried / vacuumed the inside themselves (i.e. the Octopus Car Wash company in Wisconsin)... other than that... can't beat it in the Fairhope/Daphne area. read more

Customer service is horrible. I had an incident where the car wash tore off my rear window wiper. Not just the blade but the whole mechanism. The manager said there was nothing they would or could do about it since my car was more than 7 years old. Called the main office. I was assured that the owner would call me back. Never heard back. After requesting to have my monthly car wash membership discontinued at the time of the incident, it was still taken out of my account. Car wash wasn't working half the time. Will not be going back and called my bank to stop auto payment. read more

The Bebo's Car Wash in Daphne is the best! Prices are great, but honestly I just appreciate that I leave with a truly clean car. I'm not from the area, but I will always stop by Bebo's in Daphne when traveling down to south Alabama, since car washes in my area are very hit or miss. (Mostly miss.) Not a good car wash. Have gone through twice with two of our vehicles (4 washes) and it does not wash the back of my Honda Odyssey or the bottom sides of my husband's F-150. If you just need the bugs cleaned off the front, it won't do that either. May work better for small vehicles. read more

Worst experience at Bebo's in Daphne! My car was in neutral and covered with soap ( I could't see a thing!) I suddenly felt jolts but couldn't see what was happening. Then my car stopped moving and I was stuck. Thankfully my son was there cleaning his car. I called him to tell the employees. They stopped the car wash and restarted it again. After pulling out, I found that I did hit a car. The other driver felt it also. The empoyees were nice and respectful. The manger was not there, but quickly had the employees call me to say the car wash was not responsible and was quick to pass the blame on the drivers. He was a complete jerk! I will not go back until there is new management that provides customer service and watches over the proper running and maintenance of the equipment. Bebos is the best car wash I've found since I moved here 5 years ago. If it rains within the two days of visiting, you can wash your car again for free with your receipt. The self service vacuum area is really helpful. My family loves the $5 add on car wash too. I've lived in Indy and they have similar washes that steam and shampoo your car mats. It snows there so that service draws in customers. I'm not sure that service would be cost-effective considering the population and climate. Overall, I'm pleased. read more

I have used Bebo's in Daphne before and had a mediocre experience. The high school boys that work there all act like they wish they could be somewhere else. Lackluster attitudes at best, but it's on my way home and convenient. On Friday, 8/25/17, after work, I turned in because my car was in need of a wash. Very LONG line which took me a while (10 minutes) to get to the front. The guys sprayed something on the front of my car but never went around to the back to put the plastic sleeve on my rear windshield wiper mechanism. I went through the car wash and after I pulled back onto the highway, noticed that my rear windshield wiper mechanism was completely mangled, arm and all. It is now so twisted that I will have to replace the whole thing, at who knows WHAT cost. Don't go there -- I know I will NEVER return!!!! read more

Place is a joke. Car was wet when we pulled around to the vacuums. Vacuum handle was clogged on one side. Tire shine was covering about 30% of one side. Rear window was untouched on my suv. For $15 I expected more. Big boys daddy needs to come check out his place he is letting him run. Maybe send him somewhere to learn some customer service. read more

JOKE!!!! Visited there today. I chose the wash i wanted TOTAL $8.95. I put $20 into machine expecting correct change but all i got back was $1.05 so i was shorted $10 Bucks. Of course i pushed the button for attendant..the machine read no attendant available i pulled forward as there was one standing in front of the wash telling him what had happened, he tells me that there is no manger there and no one else had any problem "THAT DAY" so in other words YOU are out of luck!! Guess that's how they make their extra by taking money from people that work hard for it. Never will visit there again. And my advice.....make sure you have correct change. read more

This place is just average. The car wash itself is very good but the staff are lazy and act like they are doing you a favor cleaning your car after u have paid for them to do it.Head management, Doug and Paul , were rude and dismissive to the whole situation. read more
