DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH!!!!!!!!!!!! POOR BUSINESS ETHICS!!!!!!!!!!! Do not go to this car wash at 1862 Government St., Mobile, AL 36606 at approximately 1:45pm; Friday July 8, 2022. I went to get my car washed. After getting my car washed I went to vacuum it out and raw sewage from this machine covered my upper body, got in my hair and ruined my white blouse. I actually thought it was raining; once I saw this black stuff spilling all over me and inside my car door and front seat. I had to jump back in my car and shut my door. I drove back around to the attendants there and told them what happened. They could careless but did take my name and number and gave me (get this) a napkin to try to whip the debris off my face. My white blouse was totally ruined with black nasty smelling spots all over my blouse. I was on my lunch break and had to head back to work for a meeting. Needless to say there was no way I could go back to my office looking like this. I had to stop at a boutique downtown and purchase a shirt for $50. The manager Craig Martin, Site Manager at Ultra Car Wash called me at work. During our conversation he indicated that I would be reimbursed. I sent him the receipt for the blouse that I had just purchased. The actual blouse I had on was $75 that I purchased a year ago from Dillard's in Miami Florida; however, I do not have the receipt as it has been well over a year since I purchased the said garment. I told him I would like very much to be reimbursed for the blouse as well and to please mail a ck to me. I also told him to please cancel my membership with Ultra Car Wash. This is from the Mgr: Again.. I apologize for that happening to you at our car wash. Yes you will be fully refunded for the damage to your dress. I do not expect you to have a receipt from a year ago. My CSA Donnise terminated your membership when you asked her to do so. I will however go back into the system and confirm this for you. I will get back to you as soon as I can when I have the conversation with my superior regarding the check. As soon as I have more information I will let you know. In my opinion, deliberate crooks. Canceled membership last year, found they had charge my credit card last month. Fortunately I have the cancellation acknowledgement from them stating last use of their facilities was the end of december last year. They billed us for 5 months in 2023. Talked to an idiot from customer service who kept saying membership had decided which months to refund and they only decided to refund 4 months and she could do nothing further. So off to the credit card dispute. read more

The service here was amazing, the workers made me feel very welcomed & comfortable. The manager i believe her name was Miss Harvard was extremely polite had a very nice smile on her face constantly & even told me all about the deals & monthly subscriptions. Ultra had some very helpful crew members. The tunnel has very pretty colors to look at while you're going through the wash. When I was finished I was really surprised how clean the wash got my car. There were plenty of vacuums available for me to vacuum out unlike other washes. They also have trash receptacles available to dispose of trash from your car. read more

Left soap all over my truck Washed my van didn't clean hood so they washed it again still not clean. Better off washing it by hand.it was mold on my hood. Hard to get off. Free vacuum really is the best super sucks and they have a air hose to blow out dust from cracks , nice. If you don't have time to wash your own car. Love the monthly membership, especially during pollen season! Even though I park in the garage, my black vehicle shows dirt so easily. Love how this car wash always gets my car super clean. The free vacuum is a nice bonus and they are always super clean and in premium shape. The location on Schillinger Rd is very convenient. read more

They were always good but they've totally remodeled the place and it's only $10 a month for unlimited washes.

I went here on July the 13th 2018 had my car washed was ok then went around to the self vaccums where I fell and was on yhe ground for 45 min, befofe anyone even noticed broke my arm in the fall and will be 6 months healing had to go to the hospital by ambulance it was another customer who helped me read more

The car wash is good and convenient. However, if you ever wish to cancel your membership, virtually impossible. I have been billed for 2 months after I followed the directions given at the car wash. Now, site locks me out. PITIFUL. Don't trade cars as you are gonna pay until someone answers the phone or all the pictures on the web site hit at just the right time to complete your transaction. We go to mobile car wash and I will say they have the best customer service I have ever experienced at a car wash reason I say that and made this review is last weekend they were slammed and The girl I believe is Emilie she was getting honked at and running to all the cars apologizing about the wait with a smile on her face but the thing that blew my mind while we were vacuuming she was paying attention to kids that was playing and if it was not for her getting the parent's attention them toddlers would have got hit . It just shocked me on how hectic it was there and it being a car wash you could look at her and tell she wanted to be there and not just get a paycheck. The manager was also very nice. They remolded the wash in February 2021. The brushes are a little rough on the top and sides of my truck. You still have to dry off your vehicle after you go through the wash. They need more blowers. March 18 I pulled up to go through the wash. They had a young boy try to take off my antenna with a crescent wrench. He did not know how to use it. He ended up scratching my new truck. I reported it and we took pictures. I came pack a week later and they tried to polish out the scratches. Still had a deep scratch. 1 week later I came back and nothing had been done to resolve the issue. I came back a week after that and no change. 2 weeks later I came back and was told to take to a body shop for an estimate. $900 to repaint. Now its May 22 and haven't heard from them. Headed up there today to see what they say. The new vacuums are crap. My truck will not fit between the hoses hanging down. Hits both mirrors. Have to roll down my window and hold the hose while I open the door. I have canceled my membership. I'm retired and have plenty of time on my hands. I may need to take this to court! read more

Would give it NO stars if I could. It LOOKS like a nice place. LOOKS being the operative word. On a Friday night they closed 15 minutes early. All of the lights were on and as we pulled up a guy came out and started closing the lane down. He just kept looking at us until we had to yell out the window to ask if they were closed. He just yelled yes back and continued doing what he was doing. It was 7:45. If you are going to close at 7:45 make sure that you change your business hours to reflect that. read more

Best car wash in West Mobile by far. I have a lifted (slightly...not like some folks around here) F250 and it fits in the car wash! I think it accepts vehicles up to 88 inches tall (don't quote me on that) so if you have an oversized vehicle give this place a try. The vacuuming service is great and the staff are friendly and keep the premises clean and operable. read more

This is the worst car wash I've ever been to. After I went through this wash my vehicle still had dirt and bugs all over it. Going through the wash was very fast so I didn't expect it to clean much anyway. The only good thing about this place is that you can actually reach your car with the vacuum. read more

I had a monthly subscription for a year and when I went to the car wash on April 25th the screen said my subscription was expired and I would need to renew. i called the attendant over and she confirmed that my yearly was expired and I needed to renew or pay for my car wash that day. i explained that I did not w to renew because I was about to have my windshield replaced. I paid $10 that day because it would NOT let me through due to expiration. I realized in August that even though THEY told me it expired they were charging me $17.99 per month For a total of $71.96. When I called to ask for a refund I was left on hold for 37 minutes and then told that because I did not cancel they would not refund any money. After explaining 4 different times the events that took place I was told that I should have spoken with an attendant. I AGAIN explainEd that I DID AND SHE CONFIRMED THAT MY MEMBERSHIP WAS EXPIRED!!! I hope everyone reads this review I have had 2 cars now damaged by this establishment and I tried to get assistance and noone would help. This car wash should be responsible for damages every time. I emailed and called but noone bothered to assist me. So please pay attention to this review and never take your car to be cleaned there. I use this car wash often. I have never had a bad experience. Once they had a mechanical malfunction after I paid for a wash, but hadn't gone in the tunnel yet. I was not able to get a wash until they fixed the issue. They offered me a coupon for an upgraded wash. I ran to target to finish my errands and when i came back by, they had everything up and running and I got a superb wash! Love the colors of soap as I go through the tunnel. read more

Awful. I use this carwash ONLY because it is convenient. I have washed several different types of vehicles (Acura TL, Lincoln Navigator, Chevy Suburban, Honda Odyssey, Mercedes E320, etc.) and every single one has had a large spot that didn't get washed and the wheels never are shiny and grime free...even with top of the line washes bought. If you need a quick wash, a decent vacuum system, and you aren't expecting much...then run by. Don't expect your whole car to be clean nor your wheels to be grime free. read more

Have signed up for the monthly car wash. As long as I make it once a week it pays for itself. We have 4 cars in our family on the plan. The only complaint I have is on the weekends, particularly Sunday mornings, they get there late. read more
