Google Maps advised she would be 10 minutes late to her appointment so she called to see if this is a problem. She was told there is a 15 minute window so continue and she would be fine. She arrived exactly ten minutes late and was told to leave and reschedule. The lady at the front told her the fifteen minutes was just a corporate rule. This is horrible service and I would never recommend going to the store.

I specifically asked if it would be faster if I made an appt, and I was told no. When I arrived at 1pm, I was quickly greeted by the very nice customer service rep named Karley. She was looking out for the customers, and being respectful of their time by telling them that their wait was going to be a long time and her manager critiqued her in front of everyone, saying that he wasn't worried about stressing the techs out and to overbook the schedule instead. It's clear that the manager is more interested in exceeding volume metrics for the district than he is about meeting customer satisfaction. They need more staff, better management, and more accountability from higher-ups when it comes to taking care of customers. I won't be here again unfortunately.

This is my favorite place to go for a car wash. I recently got their $25 wash and it is absolutely…read moreworth every penny. You get the works from the automatic wash, a wax, and tire shine. I don't think my car looked this beautiful the day I drove it off the lot. Their space is very big, they have lots of vacuums and I honestly believe they have the best suction of any vacuums in Mobile. Plus the nozzles are shaped differently so you can get into all the cracks and crevices. In addition to the several different washes they offer there is also a bug treatment you can put on your car before you go through the machine which works really well and they have a machine that cleans your floor mats. It both washes and dries your floor mats all in one machine and it works really well. They have a $3 wash special on Monday. There may be another one on a different day but that's the only one I know of. I love these guys, I come out from midtown to go here and I will never wash my car anywhere else.
