I had really high hopes for this place honestly, but they really let me down. I called one morning to see if I could get an appt for that day in order to get a leak fixed, but I was told that I didn't need an appt, and that I could just come in at 1pm. I specifically asked if it would be faster if I made an appt, and I was told no. When I arrived at 1pm, I was quickly greeted by the very nice customer service rep named Karley. She was looking out for the customers, and being respectful of their time by telling them that their wait was going to be a long time and her manager critiqued her in front of everyone, saying that he wasn't worried about stressing the techs out and to overbook the schedule instead. It's clear that the manager is more interested in exceeding volume metrics for the district than he is about meeting customer satisfaction. They need more staff, better management, and more accountability from higher-ups when it comes to taking care of customers. I won't be here again unfortunately. read more

I got my windshield done here and a rock cracked my windshield just a little on two sides. I called and was asking if I could get it fixed and a lady said it would be free then when I got there she changed the whole scenario up. Attitudes are horrible when it comes to asking questions! read more

I went to get my glass replaced after a rock had cracked it. My car has a heads up display which requires OEM glass. When I contacted that company they seemed annoyed and attempted to argue that my glass had nothing to do with my HUD being blurry. After a few minute of arguing I was transfered to another lady who had to contact the manufacturer for the correct glass. It is frustrating that not only did I pay for this glass replacement but now I have to bring my car back for it to be correctly fixed. read more

This is quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever received and seen. This is my first experience buying a car and I brought my dad with me to do the heavy lifting. He was purchasing the car for me but wanted me to see the ins and outs. We drove an hour to finalize a purchase on a bronco where we met Ron who was absolutely amazing and welcoming and accommodating. He was the only part of this whole experience that was enjoyable and informative I cannot recommend him enough, he was knowledgeable and personable. We ran into a hiccup with payment which was frustrating, and those frustrations were voiced to grant, and the used car manager. When we had finally reached some what of an understanding and went to a separate room to do paperwork the finance manager (grant). My dad can be a lot and with it being a frustrating situation he had admitted to being rude and said he understood why the payment wouldn't be taken but that he hoped they could see how it was frustrating to us. However, to that we received ANOTHER speech on why they wouldn't which was not what was needed, a simple "I understand, it's just what I have to do" whether that's what he thought or not was needed. Regardless we continued through paperwork. At one point my dad left the room where grant talked to me about how much I would drive the car and I was unaware it was his way of asking about an extended warranty as that was not the words that were used. When my dad returned grant asked him about the extended warranty and he said no. For some reason that was enough to set him off as we were then met with the remarks. Once again instead of staying calm as any person working in customer service should do he resorted to rude remarks such as "I don't have to sell this car to you", "I would rather be home with my family than deal with you", and "I'm asking your daughter since it is her car and not yours" to my dad who was the one PAYING for the car therefor all financial decisions are rightfully his, something he and I had discussed and I had never argued. I simply wanted to sit in to watch and instead was put into the middle by a salesperson who probably didn't even know my name because he never asked. . Conflict management is a part of customer service and is something that obviously this company has no desire to train their employees on. As someone who has worked sales, you're not going to like everyone you sell things too, and you're not going to agree with decisions they make as far as what packages or additional frills they decide to go with but ultimately it isn't your job or place to voice that to a customer whether that customer had been rude or not. My dad ultimately walked out on the deal due to extra costs. However, I was ready to walk out on this car after I watched grant talk to my dad the way he did. My first car buying experience ended in a tearful exit from the dealership from how they treated and talked to my dad who had done everything he could to provide me with a car I had been wanting for months, including sitting in the dealership after I had left with rude people to try and make me happy while also not breaking his bank. Something no one except our car salesmen seemed to have any understanding or simpathy for. You can never make everyone happy but you can at least be respectful of people's decisions as you try. They instead blamed my dad for all that occurred and took zero accountability. They had no desire to try to make a sale which is incredibly surprising since their job is to sell cars. My guess, because they know they can sell a highly sought after car to someone else. No loyalty. I wish I could give this 0 stars, I hope you find this useful. read more

Great service. Dropped my car off at closing time on Friday and it was ready Saturday by lunch. Nice people to work with and good prices

I ended up getting off work late so I got there later than expected. I chose to wait and they got my vehicle in, and completed, in less than an hour and a half including wait time. Everyone there was very helpful and took good care of me. Only recommendation would be to make sure people know about light bars coming off, etc. so they can make sure they have the right tools. I knew it was likely and already had my Jeep tool so easily got mine off, but I'm sure others aren't quite as prepared. Was a fantastic experience all around though and they had the cheapest prices by far. read more

This is my first time at the shop and at first I was pleased. I thought the money difference was going to be of help. However, in the end it has not turned out that way. The windshield they replaced wasn't placed in properly and I had to go back to let them attempt to fix it. After leaving there the second time there was still air coming in my windshield. They told me I should wait four days and come back. I called back yet again to explain the air coming in after the second fix was worse than after the first fix. I tried to explain to them that I had lost money coming in the second time and would have to lose money coming in the third time would be a hindrance. I told her I could not recommend her company to any of my other drivers and "Kim" hung up on me. She stated "so because you have air coming in your windshield you cannot recommend us" and then she hung up on me. Do not recommend! read more

To be honest didn't wait that long, good customer service I came with my Scion tC, now a week after the rubber came off maybe because it was old, regardless of that came after they took care of me right away without a wait, I seriously recommend this place they work quick and professional. read more

Had a chip in my windshield that wanted to spread into a larger crack. Took it in to Auto Glass Now and they had it fixed within fifteen or twenty minutes. The chip is fixed and not spreading now, and the repair is about as invisible as you could expect. read more

They advertise a Daphne, Alabama location but don't really have one. They state it is still their "service area" but this is not really the case for their mobile service since the advertise FREE mobile service. They gave me a quote on a "special" but then said that quote was only valid for in shop installs and that the "Free" mobile service they offer would cost another $50.00. However a friend inquired and told them she was within a few miles of their shop and they told her no problem on the "special" quoted to her. Lots of bait and switch tactics. read more

The worst customer service I've experienced in a while, dropped my car off around 9:00am in the morning and over the phone was told my wait time should be 1-1/12 hours. Plus I made this appointment in advance.. So I called at 11:42am to check and the woman at the front desk said he's bringing it up now. Never heard back so at 12:30pm I decided to just call and get an ETA, she told me he was doing it now and had another hour. So I asked wait why am I having to wait so long? She stated that customers that wait inside are first priority.. Inside they have 3 chairs, which are all full. So y'all people to just stand together, especially with the times we live in today? They never once told me if you drop your car off your wait is +5 hours, but if you hang in wait it's shorter? I told her that is the worst policy I've ever heard in my life, considering if people bring there cars in all day long how long is my ETA? Your car should be in the line up of when you bring the car in. Super unprofessional and I don't recommend. It's sad cause they've been there forever but I would never go back. Didn't get my car back until 2:13pm... then handed me the key and made me back it out of their car garage.. lol pathetic read more

Top Rate Customer Service. Mistakenly, on my part, I failed to call back and schedule an appointment after speaking with Kim on the phone. And me thinking that I scheduled the appointment, because I scheduled a few others..... here I am the next day, and calling to get directions thinking that they are expecting me. Not the case! So I ask Kim if they can get me in today.... She says yes, but they need to pick the windshield up still. So I pull up, and walk in to be introduced to April. She was uber busy with phone calls. I explain to her that I made the mistake of not calling back to schedule the appointment. Anyways... I find that kim actually went to pick up the windshield herself. For Real?!?!?!?! That's awesomeness!!!! Here I sit..... Glass is pulled out just now, and here she pulls up just in time for the windshield to be put on. In the meantime, I'm sitting here with all rights to the tv remote, in a chair other than the ones up front. I've been treated great! Just downgraded the star push to 3 because, and only because I have to take my truck back. The windshield has a leak on the passenger side. read more
