My name is Mrs Brenda Brunson today on February 29th of 2026 i had a technician come to my house to put a back glass in on hatch back window technician came to My house to put glass in i got meighbor to hook up my battery he left and did 2 jobs said he ne back he going to fo two easy jobs he told me that i needed to have glass removed from motor and lock my window was 20 minutes from being completed jad my nerves raddled and shaking hubby had to work my truck was running soon as he pulled out of driveway had me thinking i had to clean glass out of my motor and lock before installing a new window took jim 2 hours to het back to me told me that he made more than my husband on his over time than him and had a whole different attitude when i went got my husband from work when he finally showed back up to finish the job he was very rude and in a hurry and left me hanging for 2 hours till he finished the job I don't ever again want this man back at my house there's no since in making customers feel like it's their job to clean glass when they supposed to im going on on monday and making i direct face to face complaint he approach with a sarcastic attitude and and BETTER than thou attitude and to busy to deal with my truck no way i recommend anyone to go through the nerve damage i went through window great but technician we as my family could have done with out my husband said he is not a people person if so they don't need that repersent this safelite company i mot ever felt so upset n shake like i did today please watch put for these folks folks that show up from this company not all are good i am so upset i jave his name on email and no receipt was giving not even in my Email im also going to movile office on this too i want and deserve a receipt no exsplaing and no receipt this was a horrible experience i am very proud of what my husband makes and he just put a new radiator in so battery was out easy hook up but he left two hours done two other customers shaking my heD and had to call jis office to confirm price showed him my email of price after he had called he realized i not had to pay over 500.00 it was only 421.14 i feel i should have not paid that much after my nerves but since he thought he better i really don't mind paying that much but it wasn't worth this i go through this i rather have AI do windows read more

Took my Cadillac XT5 to Bullards and they recommended getting APAG for replacing the outer seal in the sunroof. It was a big job that required removing the headliner and sunroof so it wasn't cheap but when they finished installing it, it looked better than the original. Any auto glass work I have done is going to be with these guys. read more

I went in to just get my obd port scanned to see if I had any codes that werent causing a check engine light, and I got immediately helped by a worker named Katy, and she ran a port scan quick and easy showed where I had no codes, and didn't even charge me, old reviews may make you sketched out to go here but as someone who's been told at other shops, "no ya don't need that", or "new cars don't need to change diff fluid" I instead just got the service I thought my car needed, and without being nay sayed or being told no, I'd def recommend coming here for GM vehicles as they make you feel valued and take the time to make sure you don't want any other services done before ya leave. read more

I called last week and this was the cheapest repair with a lifetime warranty. $240 for my new windshield. Whoever answered the phone sounded so friendly and she was incredibly helpful. I ran a few minutes late today because I took a wrong turn. This didn't delay it at all long, surprisingly. Also, even worse.. I handed the keys to the mechanic and my truck wouldn't start. We just replaced the battery, alternator, and serpentine belt too. They checked my battery for me. He noticed the terminal leads had loosened; so he tightened the screws for me and then they went to work. It took them less than an hour to replace my windshield. You'd think that I'd have had to wait longer or that I'd be charged extra somehow, right? Nope. Amazing service. Great people. Fair pricing. read more

A Precision Auto Glass has great customer service. I called ahead before I came in for an estimate to see if I needed an appointment; none was needed. When I arrived, Renea greeted me with a smile and immediately went out to my car (in the rain) to get the VIN number and then checked on the availability of my windshield. The price was right, and if I had a ride home, I could have left it then and had a new windshield in a few hours. I came back at 8:00 the next morning and the car was ready before noon. Such an easy process and great customer service. I was treated like a friend in contrast to another Auto Glass company, where I was treated like an inconvenience. Recently I had the windshield in my BMW replaced at Precision. I was surprised at how quickly they got the correct windshield in. It has some built in sensors so it is not too common. We called our insurance on Monday, and they connected us to Precision. Tuesday morning at 9AM we dropped off our car and picked it up just after lunch. The owner, Mark walked out to meet me at my car and thanked me for choosing his company. He said he had been in business for over 40 years and he decided he loves his customers so much that he is just going to keep on working! Now here is the real bonus...initially Hubby called a few dealerships and we were quoted an astronomical price. Sure my insurance was paying 100%, but let's face it, gouging leads to higher premiums. Dealing with Precision directly saved my insurance company almost $300. Great experience! read more

This place is excellent! We were driving back to North Carolina when our moonroof broke. Fortunately we called Precision Auto Glass first. Because the glass would have taken days to order and replace, they removed the glass and covered the frame so that we could continue with the 9 hours left on our drive. Not only did they not charge us, they offered us coffee and a place to wait. The customer service is outstanding!! They could not have been more accommodating. read more

My car was sent to them from Ford for a leak repair on Thursday they got done with my car that next Friday which was inconvenient. they also gave me a run around about my car. Then when I was supposed to get my car back they tell me that they broke my windshield motor which is going to take another 4 days to try and fix. Came in because my daughter's driver window malfunctioned. I was quoted $75.00 over the phone to check and diagnose the problem. I came in and was told it was $100.00 for the 07 VW Bettle but because I was quoted $75 they adjusted for the quoted price. After being informed of the regulator needs to be replaced for a most $350.00, I opted for the block it up and I will come back later for the regulator. They were enjoying there Thanksgiving lunch, everyone was so friendly they offered me to come back and eat. Well they happened to have one available that day! Dropped my car off around 2 pm. Around 4pm I was driving around with my new windshield. I've brought 2 different vehicles to this shop within the past 6 months on 2 separate occasions. In the past, I have always brought my vehicles directly to the dealer for work; however, I decided to take the vehicles directly to this shop after learning that they do the work for Mercedes anyways. What struck me from the beginning to the end was the superb level of customer service that I received from these folks. They made the process very smooth for me by coordinating with my insurance carrier to file the claims. They took the time to answer all of my questions, and believe me- I had many considering that it was an expensive Mercedes. I would give them 10 stars. We obtained a crack in our windshield in our new 2016 Lexus RX on a road trip from Tampa to Nashville. Crack occurred near Gainesville FL around 4 pm and we did not know how difficult our windshield is to replace with all the electronics etc... and yes the only glass company or Lexus dealer in the southeast that could get the windshield installed the next morning was my man Mark Jones at Precision along with their entire first class team. We took a small detour to Mobile that night and the next morning Mark had our new windshield installed and we were on the road by 12 noon. Went to a nice mall while window was being installed and cured. Precision is all about : Fantastic service, great people and souther charm.
