She was looking out for the customers, and being respectful of their time by telling them that their wait was going to be a long time and her manager critiqued her in front of everyone, saying that he wasn't worried about stressing the techs out and to overbook the schedule instead. It's clear that the manager is more interested in exceeding volume metrics for the district than he is about meeting customer satisfaction. They need more staff, better management, and more accountability from higher-ups when it comes to taking care of customers. I won't be here again unfortunately.
