I specifically asked if it would be faster if I made an appt, and I was told no. When I arrived at 1pm, I was quickly greeted by the very nice customer service rep named Karley. She was looking out for the customers, and being respectful of their time by telling them that their wait was going to be a long time and her manager critiqued her in front of everyone, saying that he wasn't worried about stressing the techs out and to overbook the schedule instead. It's clear that the manager is more interested in exceeding volume metrics for the district than he is about meeting customer satisfaction. They need more staff, better management, and more accountability from higher-ups when it comes to taking care of customers. I won't be here again unfortunately.

I was able to schedule a replacement for this morning Tuesday 7/8/25 to have my windshield replaced. This is a small local business. They took car of helping with my insurance claim and all I had to pay was my deductible. I'm happy to be a repeat customer of theirs!
