Google Maps advised she would be 10 minutes late to her appointment so she called to see if this is a problem. She was told there is a 15 minute window so continue and she would be fine. She arrived exactly ten minutes late and was told to leave and reschedule. The lady at the front told her the fifteen minutes was just a corporate rule. This is horrible service and I would never recommend going to the store.

Cosmetically way way way more than expected! Very pleased! Also must mention how nice the entire staff was!
