While replacing windshield they broke molding. Their solution was to glue it vice replacing the part they broke. Went in for warranty work and they partially fixed what wasn't requested. I say partially because they stated their effort to clear an obstruction with air was only partly successful. So a partly cleared drain port was charged full price and the repair (glue) was only accomplished when I asked about it. read more

We used Dixie Glass last year for 2 large mirrors with install. Install went perfect. No problems. We had a minor hiccup with one of the mirrors about 10 weeks after install and Dixie took care of it promptly. We love our mirrors and would def use Dixie Glass again. This was my first time using Yelp. I originally was just browsing for prices on windshield replacements at Dixie Glass (Pascagoula location). I got in contact with Crystal which I now know is the owner of Dixie Glass. They had my windshield in stock. She got me set up for a next day appointment in the morning all through Yelp. They fixed my windshield a little over an hour after I gave them my keys. The staff was nice. The inside of the building was nice with a lounge area while you wait. Shower doors- go someplace else! This was a NIGHTMARE. I was promised 7-10 days - here's what happened. Quoted $2K for a frameless shower door. Okay maybe a little pricy but I was in a hurry. It took a MONTH for the glass to come in. Finally get scheduled and the DOOR WAS MEASURED WRONG! Then wait AGAIN for another door to come in. Nearly two months this whole situation took! Finally get it scheduled, it's done, and I noticed that they drilled one hole in wrong place. It was caulked but have guys that measure correctly in the first place. They didn't seem that sturdy either and this was not this wide expanse of glass. You may note in photo that right hand side is not straight; I noticed that too but the worker showed me the glass was level there- the wall was not level. Would have been nice if he had consulted me about how to do it where it was less noticeable. This was for a property we were selling so I hope it lasts for the buyers. Jesus, what a nightmare. Also, I didn't realize their office was actually in Pascagoula, not Mobile. In the end, it looked nice for most part. The worker caulked the right hand side which I would have preferred him not to do that since it is "frameless" but maybe water would get out. I recommend people use a Mobile company that maybe has more high end clients and awareness about how this should look. read more

They did a less than professional job on my new truck. They damaged the trim around the window and when I asked about it they said "it was worn out". It's a new car, how can That be. There was broken glass in the interior, and they were the highest quote I got, I had to get it done that day since it was my only day off. Also charged extra to wait even though I left on my bicycle and told they no hurry. I talked to the owner and he also made excuses and at this point I don't want them to do anything else on my car.
