Their price was reasonable and he was able to provide exactly what I wanted. My order took three weeks as I ordered 2 high impact (hurricane) pictures windows . It arrived on time and he called me promptly to set up a time for installation. What I loved was that Adam himself showed up for the install. It took them no time at all to install 9 of my 11 windows. Unfortunately they sent the wrong size for my high impact windows. Adam was extremely apologetic and made sure the correct ones were ordered right away. When I offered to pay for the windows I had (as over half the job was completed) he refused saying no the job isn't finished. All my windows are in now and they are amazing. I also know they were installed right as we have had a lot of rain in the last weeks. If you want amazing customer service and high quality windows you cannot do better than this company!
