My template was irregular at one spot and I was asked how I wanted that spot cut. I appreciate this attention to detail up front!! Before I left, I was also given cost and when this item will be ready. Impressive! After seeing how the Hinotes run their business, I plan to get several other protective glass tops cut for our finer furniture in high traffic spots. Glass tops will eliminate concerns over scratches and beverage rings so we can just relax and enjoy our home without concerns about normal damage!

The resentful hag on the otherside of the line put me on hold without another word. I found another business to supply my needs for far less than they were charging.
