Brad has saved me so much money on windshields. Always so friendly and he is the only person I will use.

They offered to come out to me and help me out. I opted to come to them since at the time; it had been raining a lot and I was in the area. They are very professional and quick service. Not exactly off the beaten path but easy to get to. Off Seaway Road in Gulfport. Do not be discouraged by this. Well worth it if you their service. They can help with your insurance or call your insurance provider before to save time. Be sure to reach out to them to make sure before any work can be done. I failed to get my installer name. He was very helpful and friendly. He was able to get complete in fast and professional manner! Nice little waiting room in the lobby. They offered free Wi-Fi and nice little play center for the kiddos. The chairs offer are comfortable with light padding on the back and bottom. They offer complementary hot coffee and water for customers while you wait. They also offer few options for cleaning sprays or wipers for your vehicle. Make this part of your repair needs.

I was able to get online and scheduled a Monday appointment without issue. We showed up a little early. All of staff were professional and friendly. We were in and out about an hour and 15 minutes. Not bad! The new windshield looks great and they also offer a good military discount! Thank you so much for the great work!

American Glass in Diberville is how a business should be run. They look at you when you are talking…read moreto them and they respond to all questions leaving you with no doubt they will do the job correctly the first time, unlike Joe at Dunaway Glass. After telling American Glass about what happened to my daughter's Sonata rear glass at Dunaway Glass they assured me they would not put in a defective rear glass on my daughter's Volkswagen. My daughter would drive back to DC, over 1,000 miles, with that piece of junky defective rear glass they put on her car. I highly recommend American Glass. If you do go to Dunaway Glass do not pay in cash (my daughter's mistake) which Joe will want up front, which American Glass does not, before they place your order, use a credit card so you can dispute it when you get in your car and look in the rear view mirror and see you have just paid up front for a defective rear glass. Joe knew my daughter had to leave on January 1 at 8am. The job was paid for in advance on December 26 and they scheduled the install it December 30th. That left no time for their screw ups. One would think with the numerous times I told Joe and Richard my daughter had to leave for DC on January 1 Joe would have made sure the installer got it right the first time. Something as easy to do, like, hey guys, make sure this rear glass is not defective, because you know 3 out 6 rear glass are defective coming from our supplier and his daughter has to leave in the morning on January 1. If this is screwed up we won't be enough time to order another glass and install it before she has to leave. And when your done get in the car, look in the rear view mirror and make sure the glass is not defective. If it is take it off, drive over to our supplier and tell them to give you a glass that is not dangerous to put on the car and tell them get it now, she leaves in the morning on January 1. While getting an oil change at Hyundai I was talking to the service guy. An American Glass truck drove by and went into the service area. I told the service guy what happened a few days earlier at Dunaway Glass to my daughters rear glass and the schedule she was on and that I had told Joe and Richard numerous times about January 1. The service guy said we used to use Dunaway and no longer use them because of what happened to your daughter's defective glass. Thank you American Glass! You have all my future business and I will go to the tinting place you recommended

The old adage "you get what you pay for" holds true to this case even though I paid almost $2700…read morefor 7 windows+installation. 1. Windows were supposed to be delivered/installed in 2.5 weeks. Took over a month. Delays happen. But it was the first issue. 2. Manager said there would be a 2-man crew working all day on install and finish as long as weather permitted. Weather permitted but they showed up just before lunch, got mad because after they took off some old trim saw they had more work than they expected and said they'd come back next day with my tools. 3. Next day they came back, worked for about 4-5 hours with a lunch break thrown in. They got 3 or 4 out of 7 windows installed (without exterior trim reinstalled because I saw their work on the one window they put it back on and told them I would do the trim myself). 4. The next day their office called and said the crew had to go to finish another short job and they'd come over no later than lunch. I told them that was unacceptable as the crew told me they'd be back first thing in morning and finish up. They ended up showing up around 10:30-11:00. Around 4 pm, the rookie of the crew brought me the invoice and said they were done. I said "done for the day, right? You're not leaving these the way you cut up the window casings." He acted like he didn't know what I was talking about. One window had a gap .5-1+ inches wide on the inside of window casings. Some windows had caulk, some had partial caulk, some no caulk. I asked "is this done? Is this your best work? If this was your house, would you be okay with this?" No. So I called and scheduled the owner to come out the next day. 5. Next day, owner came out and said it was unacceptable and told me how they'd repair the damage they'd done. 6. Next day, they came out and corrected the massive cuts in the casing. HOWEVER! Now there were 2 screens that had magically grown holes in them that were not there when they were installed. 7. I sent pics to the owner who said he would get the screens replaced. That was 2-3 weeks ago and only thing I have heard from him was an email with "secure" login files that were viruses. I only found that out by calling the company (who knew about it but didn't tell any of their customers) 8. We just found one of the old trim boards they had taken off which had a nail stuck through a hose for our pool vacuum. I expect more for $2700. So should you. If it costs you extra, pay the extra and get your windows somewhere else. Not worth the headache.
