On Monday when they reopened she visited to ask about it and was met with a very rude, cross woman who was insulting and condescending. The woman (probably well into her 80's herself) made comments about my mother's age and how she should be able to recognize things at her age. My mother left in tears because she had never been treated in such a way by a business. What's more insulting is this place claims to be a Christian organization but apparently does not hold the values. Do better or quit the false advertisement!
