If I pay $20 for a carwash it needs to clean the car. Lesson learned it is always best to do it your self. UPDATE FROM A RESPONSE FROM ON GOOGLE FROM BUSINESS: The response from the business was ridiculous. It was pretty much blaming me for not cleaning my car correctly. They stated that they reviewed the cameras and that I had not washed my car since July 2023. That was because I was using Rich's on Airport. ( I will never use anyone but Rich's after this) Also I was told that I should visit the bug wash station before washing the car if they would have clearly reviewed their cameras they would have seen that I did that and I also stated that I had visited the bug wash station in my review. Just as other reviews were not happy with the car wash. I have learned my lesson and this will be the last time that I visit this location.

I'm a member at another car wash chain, but this one is closer and I have been wanting to try them out. I'm an Uber driver and this kind of service is very necessary for me. Anyway, the automated carwash is satisfactory. On the other hand, the vacuum cleaners have very little suction and they just don't do the job. I reported it to the staff and the only thing they did was told me that the vacuums tend to get stopped up. As it is now, the vacuums are absolutely worthless. They suck up very little dirt. I will give this place a few more tries before my mouth runs out, but if the vacuums don't improve, I will be going someplace else.

I went to get my car washed. After getting my car washed I went to vacuum it out and raw sewage from this machine covered my upper body, got in my hair and ruined my white blouse. I actually thought it was raining; once I saw this black stuff spilling all over me and inside my car door and front seat. I had to jump back in my car and shut my door. I drove back around to the attendants there and told them what happened. They could careless but did take my name and number and gave me (get this) a napkin to try to whip the debris off my face. My white blouse was totally ruined with black nasty smelling spots all over my blouse. I was on my lunch break and had to head back to work for a meeting. Needless to say there was no way I could go back to my office looking like this. I had to stop at a boutique downtown and purchase a shirt for $50. The manager Craig Martin, Site Manager at Ultra Car Wash called me at work. During our conversation he indicated that I would be reimbursed. I sent him the receipt for the blouse that I had just purchased. The actual blouse I had on was $75 that I purchased a year ago from Dillard's in Miami Florida; however, I do not have the receipt as it has been well over a year since I purchased the said garment. I told him I would like very much to be reimbursed for the blouse as well and to please mail a ck to me. I also told him to please cancel my membership with Ultra Car Wash. This is from the Mgr: Again.. I apologize for that happening to you at our car wash. Yes you will be fully refunded for the damage to your dress.
