We earned a free coffee today and that always feels like a small victory. Scanning the Love's app as we've made our way along this journey, we finally hit the free cup reward and honestly, free coffee really does taste better. We ducked into the restrooms for a quick stop and they were in great shape, the kind of clean that makes the whole visit feel easier. Mrs. K and I built our large coffees just the way we like them, medium roast ground to order with a touch of cream and a few ice cubes, and when I went to pay the clerk smiled and told me it was free which was fabulous and added a little spark to the morning. We didn't need fuel or snacks this time around but the price on the pumps was competitive and the coolers were full if we had needed anything, another solid Love's stop along the way. Customer service was very poor, hiring managers should reconsider hiring better friendly staff to work the register. Lady made me feel very uncomfortable, first time being out of state and this was a first time being in Alabama. read more

My family and I was traveling. We stopped at this location in Prichard Al. to eat. They have a Subway and Chester's. They was both amazing. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The food was the best. The restrooms was clean and well stocked. I would recommend this location to everyone. read more

Convenient and easy to access. Lots of parking and plenty of needed facilities. I always stop at a loves if I'm near one

This travel center is around the corner from my office so I frequent it regularly for gas and snacks. A couple of things always strike me when I shop here. First, how clean the place always is. The pump area is always well kept and there's zero trash on the ground. There is always receipt paper in the pumps as well. Another nice touch is the windshield washer brush has an extra long handle, and since my truck is lifted this is a wonderful perk. Secondly, the people. They are super friendly every time. The kind of genuine friendliness that makes you wanna come back, makes you think you have friends working there. The attitude of these employees is a rarity in today's marketplace. Always makes me want to give them my business Well, I had to downgrade the review unfortunately. Things seem to have gone downhill for some reason. Love's truck stop in Mobile Alabama store number 624 is amazing I drive big rig my truck broke down got Jerry out there working on it he is top-notch going over and above and getting us back on the road my only complaint is my teammate driver is a bitch I shouldn't say that but I'll give a fuk I love this place they've been nothing but hospitable and it's a great place to stop at your big rig driver thank you very much Jerry were going over and above . the tire shop is awful one truck getting 2 tires in front of me and then me took from 7am until 1:30 pm 11 to 130 in shop for 2 tires

Great place, Staff is polite and is very clean, very chill and a lot of fun and cool stuff for your kids, adults, teens, headrest pillows, great food, clean, and there are electronics for home and for the road. Best gas station I have ever seen please don't turn this place down! read more

Do not.. I repeat do not get any food, coffee, or fountain drinks from this place!!!! Literally just watched one attendant spray bug spray on top of all the coffee machines, all under snd on top of the hot dogs and chicken sandwiches.. Most of these travel stops have doggie runs which are well maintained. Fenced, clean, and poop bags provided.

This place had clean bathrooms and a lot of food offerings! Hot dog type meat on roller grills and fried chicken. This is the only loves I stopped at but hopefully all are as clean as this one! read more

I bought gas here. The gas made my truck go vroom. The truck took me to work. I didn't have to walk!!! Woohoooo!!!!!

Nasty place , particularly the restrooms. The lights are out over the toilet stalls , generally dirty and smells like an outhouse . Why can't everyone learn from. BucCees? They understand impeccably clean restrooms make them the best. read more

All of the subway employees have very poor attitudes and customer service. The quality of the sandwich making is very poor as well!

Very poor management of parking. 1. Dropped trailers taking valuable space. 2. Non big rigs taking spaces. 3. Worst of all, when I was there, there were approx 8 BobTails taking up trailer parking spaces. If these losers insist on being at a truck stop (They could park in a dozen different other places) they should be instructed to park in tandem in trailer spaces. I could not consider parking Bobtail alone in a trailer spot, it would so piggishly rude. The management needs to confront drivers about this. read more

The store is okay....the mechanic shop is a disaster!!!!!!!!!!! Stop in on March 7th to have a oil change sign-in at 9 a.m. one truck ahead of me for a headlight issue they finished up the headlight truck around 10 a.m. pull me into the bay I thought great I'll be out of here in an hour I watch from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. three mechanics walk in circles doing absolutely nothing no one touched my truck to start the oil change until 2:15pm . Not sure what's going on with Pritchard,Al Loves but I've stopped in several times over the course of 2mths and the showers/restrooms are horrible. Very little water(sink)pressure, never any soap in dispensers, toilet doesn't flush etc. Loves prides itself on making us truckers feel at home however I must say Pritchard,Al needs to step its games up! Loxley, Biloxi, Long Beach and other locations I've frequent are top notch. I'm a top tier cardholder for many years but I'm contemplating moving to a competitor. read more

Showers were clean. Subway was a disaster. Meatball sub was actually a mashed up hamburger meat sub

Stopped to get some chicken on the way home....huge mistake. No body was at the counter and had to wait about five minutes before the rudest girl came out from the back. She acted like how dare you bother me by wanting to buy some chicken. Not only was she extremely rude the chicken was very disgusting. The potato wedges also disgusting. Best part of the experience was the fountain drink. Will never in this life time go back. If I could give them a negative star I would. read more
