Good store, but it is a very busy store, sometimes the store is out of what we want. There is self checkout but you cannot use it to buy gas, beer, or cigarettes, so it defeats the purpose of having self checkout. Store needs to have at least two cashiers at all time and someone constantly replacing the missing items, this is a 24 hour store. Parking lot looks much cleaner, not so much trash, which attracts the ruthless seagulls. Not so many homeless people hanging out in the parking lot pan handling. read more

Disappointing Experience I recently had the displeasure of visiting Circle K Dauphin St Mobile AL and was thoroughly unimpressed with the entire experience. From the moment I pulled into the station, it was clear that this place was not up to par. Firstly, the appearance of the station was lackluster at best. The pumps were dirty and in disrepair, and the surrounding area was littered with trash. It was not the kind of environment I want to be in while pumping gas. Upon entering the store to retrieve a recite, I was greeted by an unpleasant odor and a disorganized, unkempt interior. The staff seemed disinterested and unfriendly, and the overall atmosphere was unwelcoming. There were wet spots on the floor throughout the store where I did not see a wet floor sign but yet a dirty mop bucket at the front of the store with very dark and disgusting water. I stood in the store at the register several minutes before the cashier even acknowledged me. I asked for a recite due to me swiping with a corporate card. To my surprise the response from this cashier was very displeasing. Her tone and hand gestures clearly said that she was tired and did not want to be bothered by paying customers. I could not get a recite ultimately due to the registers being closed at 11pm tonight and there was no paper at the pump. Overall, my experience at Circle K was subpar in every way. The choice of filling a position vs the importance of customer service has really hit an all time low. Circle K you really have failed your customers this was the ideal store that was clean well kept and had superb customer service. I would not recommend this gas station to anyone and will certainly not be returning. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reputable, clean and customer-friendly establishment for your fuel needs. read more

A lady just went in with her own cup, from Murphy's gas station, and came out with it full of ice. Circle K have you no standards? The employees at the store at Snow and Tanner Williams don't wear masks?! read more

If I could give it a zero, I would. Read the last review from a month ago and expect EXACTLY that! This place is disgusting on so many different levels. Also, they are not open 24/7 anymore. They close at 11pm due to staffing shortage. read more

Always dirty drink stations and floor. Garbage everywhere. Cashiers are rude, talking on phone and never smile. Guess it's expected at a gas station but surprising for circle k. Most Are always clean and employees are pleasant, not this one. read more
