We were traveling through Mobile on our way to New Orleans from Atlanta and had to make an emergency stop at the ER. We got taken care of there and then just needed to fill our prescriptions. Since we were on the road, we didn't have much time to wait, but we came by here to get them filled and the pharmacist was able to fill them within 5 minutes. He was very friendly and were able to pick up a few other things we needed and were on our way quickly! read more

My complaint is only about the pharmacy department. The rest of the store is easy to shop and the employees are friendly. However, the woman pharmacist is awful. I would recommend going to any of the other locations over this one. Very unprofessional pharmacist who always has an attitude. I called and after being on hold for 22 minutes, was hung up on. When I called back and mentioned it, she asked me what I wanted her to do about their "phone issues". I am honestly surprised someone like that works with the public. read more

10 minutes prior to them closing I stopped by to make a quick purchase and was denied to even enter the building as there were multiple employees standing there just staring unwilling to take a second to help me with a purchase. read more

Find a cleaner store to visit. They are having plumbing issues so they have a dirty port a potty outside for you to use with a hand washing station in a dark corner of the parking lot. Also the service is slow. So, please AVOID this hell hole If you aren't feeling your best. read more

This pharmacy is run and worked by some of the most incompetent people I have ever seen. They do not fill on time, completely forget to fill, are rude to the customer, and at times completely ignore the customer. The service is slow when you do get service. read more

I'm sure there are good Walgreens pharmacies but the location on McGregor and Airport in Mobile Alabama has the rudest pharmacy tech by the name of Tebecca but per her she doesn't work at that location usually which is a great thing because I've never had a issue until this morning. read more

Pharmacy: Horrible staff. Horrible management and district manager is horrible as well. Very rude and hateful. They change their policy every month. Each month I pick up my medicine, there's a new policy in place. I don't feel it's right or fair to customers. I get told one thing from their district manager and something different from the pharmacy staff/manager. It's ridiculous!!!! I do not mind waiting a long time for my families medications. But when I go get meds, it is usually because someone in my family is sick, or has had surgery. This means I am already going through a stressful time at home. The staff at this location are INCREDIBLY rude and judgemental. I had a simple question about how to administer medication to my young daughter properly (because that is important. Not taking meds properly could be life or death). The PROFESSIONAL judged me and acted like I was stupid. I did not go to school for this. And I don't have to know this information because the professionals do. That's why you have your job. I am trusting these people with my families lives. Treat your customers with dignity and respect. read more

I visited this pharmacy January 18, 2019 at about 1 o'clock. I had some questions about my medication, and I also needed a price on another medication I needed to get filled. As far as my pricing question went, the pharmacist told me she couldn't give me a price on a medication without filling it first. I've never had a problem getting an upfront price on a medication in my life, But this pharmacist just flat out refused to give me a price. I also wanted to ask a question about the medication i was picking up but the pharmacist wouldn't even listen to me, telling me she was too busy while walking off. Several of my neighbors have had similar situations with this same pharmacist. I believe she is the manager. Unfortunately, she has made it to where I just don't want to use this store at all anymore and I won't. read more

The pharmacist at this Walgreen is very rude and forgets to fill my medication because she is too busy. I have seizure medication that I need to take daily and she forgot to fil them for almost a week straight. The pharmacist name is Gina and I do not recommend anyone to go to this Walgreens. Her name is Gina and she has THE WORST attitude, ever. It's such a problem to fill my prescriptions. She repeatedly spoke over me as I tried to speak to her and instead of conversing with me, she chose to repeat what she already said over and over instead of trying to find a solution to the problem. Once our conversation was over she immediately turned around and put her arms out and bobbed her head around in an aggressive manner, in what I assume was her way of displaying her apparent frustration with me. She stood directly in front of the drive thru window clearly having a back and forth with others in the department about our encounter. Very unprofessional behavior for that of a licensed pharmacist. read more

Being open 24 hours is useless when you cannot get service. My diabetic husband was told he could not purchase syringes here by staff (suggesting he was a drug user) w/o a Rx (not a common practice). Went to Walgreens @ the Loop and purchased syringes showing his testing kit as evidence of his condition w/ NO PROBLEM. I use Walgreens, but never this one again. read more
