Ordered a gold chain, $500, online about 2 months ago. Seldom wore it, a link broke in about 5th week. Sams isn't close to me so difficult to get there, plus been dealing with criticality ill relative. Angie at store in Daphne said return policy for jewelry is 30 days. Wasn't concerned about customer satisfaction in the least. Tried to call 800 customer service (Philippines) , was disconnected after explaining situation. Return policy posted online says nothing about 30 days for jewelry. Been an Executive member many years, purchased many tens of thousands of dollars from them. No more! read more

This location has poor customer service. They don't follow the company's return policy. I needed to return a new with tags clothing item. They refused and kept pointing to their posted return policy which shows the exceptions to the open return policy. So, for example, electronics have a more limited return policy. My item was not electronics. After going back and forth, they said they would compromise and give me a gift card for the lowest price rather than what I paid. This business requires a membership. I had a receipt, and they can and did pull up my purchase. On top of not honoring the Sam's return policy, the customer service person and manager were both extremely rude. So, I went to my car, called a different Sam's location, and verified the return policy. The other store said to come anytime to return the item. read more

Normally have good experiences. The Meat department gals have been great in the past. Usually very friendly staff. I enjoy shopping here but I was really disappointed in their signage and advertising on a product where it rang up differently going back to the product it was specific to the items that were covered BUT it was the only sign so the other items that are with it but a different variety did not have any price displayed which was misleading. Since there is no other price displayed for the same item it would lead most consumers to believe that everything under that tag was the same price. Then they were rude about it like I was an idiot for not reading the details of the sign. It was just icky and tactless. read more

Terrible management and customer service counter on Monday a.m. The manager with the hair dregs. They are condescending. They have no concept of customer service. Drop any stocks you have in this company. No. Not insider trading. Just a review of how they treat customers. I think I will just get my membership money back and head to Costco. Also if you order from Sam's club.com. every order I have put in gets cancelled. HOWEVER THEY STILL PUT A HOLD ON YOUR FUNDS IN YOUR ACCOUNT!! Now they say you won't be charged. You will be charged! Even though they cannot or will not process your order and cancel it. They will not tell you why it was cancelled. BUT THEY HOLD YOUR FUNDS! This is a deceptive business practice! read more

Organized and stocked. Great place to not only buy food in bulk but also you're able to find decent towels, sheets, household goods and even restaurant supplies. Some of my favorites are rotisserie chicken for under $5. Guacamole single cups and coffee K-Cups. Clothing for the whole family at reasonable prices, especially socks, underwear and shoes. The wine selection is superb and their fruit selection is wonderful as well. Batteries and toiletries are a must and they even have a great selection of plants in the front. Things that are ehhh... Their meat section will cost you an arm and a leg. The beef is pricey and even more so since it's bulk! Chicken and pork can be decent. Their items are comparable to what you'd find at Costco but I noticed that some of their prices are more expensive and some of the quality isn't as good. So in conclusion BEWARE! like any bulk store, don't go here with your last $50...before you know it your cart will be full and your bill will be $500+. But the plus side of that you'll be going home with amazing items! Additionally...their cafe is great! A large pizza for $9 and fountain drinks for under $1. Can't beat that read more

I've never been to a Sam's Club before, so when I first walked in, I was surprised how almost identical the layout is to Costco, my usual warehouse store I shop at back in Washington. Navigation through the store is quite intuitive, as there is large signage above each section. I was shocked how uncrowded this place was on a Sunday afternoon. I am used to spending 10 minutes finding a spot in a parking lot and then dealing with aggressive shoppers navigating around all the other shopping carts. Parking was quick, and it was very easy to walk around and explore the deals. Of course, what's a warehouse store without free samples? There were not many sample tables like at Costco, but they were not crowded. The selection of inventory seems good, and they even have a food court at the front of the store if you're hungry before/after shopping. One thing that I don't see at Costco, but I saw at Sam's Club and LOVE is that there's a self-checkout station. Unfortunately, when I was there, no attendant was nearby, so it was a hassle to find an employee to get an ID check when purchasing wine. Other than that, it was quite a nice experience. read more

Pharmacy was open with almost 30 minutes till closing. They were all open and fine with giving me a vaccination until they found out I am retired military. Suddenly, they were closed. Come back another day. When I complained, the lied. Sadly, it seems they are anti military even though I am a prime member. Sad. This store was awesome mid 2018 and earlier. Great prices on bulk items, there's also a great liquor store (for those amongst you who drink), there's great deals there for Christmas gifts. Paper products are thee best deal in town, you need your membership, but it pays off at the end of the year. read more

Love SAMs club. Love their low priced gas. But do not love an annoying gas station attendant. Pulled up to fill up before headed back home and got out put the gas nozzle in my tank and pushed the automatic handle and sat in my car. The attendant comes over and says "turn your car off" So I turn my car off. Then I sit in my car with my legs out facing the pump and I'm on my phone he comes over again and says "no texting at the pump" so I put my phone down. THEN he says "& you need to stand by the pump, a lot of times that pump won't shut off and you'll waste gas" Excuse me. I know my car can only hold 24 gallons I'll get out when It gets close. He was very rude. I will never go there again and I'm not impressed with their attendants. This wasn't my first time pumping gas in my car. I think I know how to do it. Needless to say I'm not satisfied and go to florida once a month so I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

Great deals! We buy most of our paper products, bottled water, and other (mostly) non-perishable items here. Also good deals on meat, cleaning supplies, bathroom supplies, and electronics. Don't expect to spend LESS money, just plan to get a lot more stuff for the same amount of money... Never enough staff. Managers treat good employees like they don't matter. There is no such thing as an open door policy. There always seemed to be retaliation when expressing concerns. A lot of times you were expected to work through an actual lunch break and then expected to adjust your time.later. Your vacation and personal time can not be used for those unexpected circumstances that may arise. They say that you are allowed 4 absences in a 6mo period of time before they are allowed to write you up, which is not true. They can write you up for late CBL's which was never in the polices. If you feel threatened by a member who is screaming at you or is in anyway making you uncomfortable and you excuse yourself from the situation it is considered rude and automatic termination read more

Searched on line for an item to find it is in Daphne for pick up only. After driving an hour for pick up and an hour waiting in the store while five Sams employees try to locate items I have yet to receive an apology or explanation as to why they could not locate six LARGE items. If there was a cheapskate badge on Yelp, I would probably have it by now. My wife and I love a bargain. With one kid in college, and the other one close behind, we sometimes have to budget our money very carefully. One area we love saving on is our household supplies and groceries. That is where Sam's Club comes into the picture. Since we don't have a BJ's or Costco (yet) in the area, this is where my wife and I purchase a lot of our supplies. It is definitely cheaper than Publix/other neighborhood grocery store, and it's even cheaper than Walmart (their sister company) in some cases. While the service at Sam's Club is never really stellar, we usually just come for the prices. One thing I really like about this store is that it appears much newer and cleaner than the one I live closer to in Pensacola. Other than that, this Sam's Club is no different than the other kajillion stores located across the country. read more
