I ordered a Samsung washer from Costco. They delivered it, set it up, and even took my old washer away. Hoses, set up, and removal was all included in the price online. The guys setting it up were VERY nice and respectful. Got it set up properly, and made sure it was working before they left. Even put it on the pedestaI I had. I highly recommend them in Mobile setting up a Samsung washer. Very knowledgeable. You could tell, it wasn't their first set up! They were on time, and I did get to track where they were, how many deliveries were in front of my delivery and when I was next on the link on my messages on my phone. read more

I recently had a log nut on one of my tires that was stripped. I was unable to rotate my tires when getting my oil change. I had recently bought the tires at Costco. They accepted responsibility for the issue and made everything right. I love Costco. read more

Had a membership with them the past few years but let it go for several reasons to include: 1. No more propane; 2. Zero help from them on the concierge warranty we bought along with a TV when Samsung was not cooperating; 3. Never got the rebates Costco offered for said TV; 4. Removed the credit card information from the auto renewal of our membership but it went through anyway; 5. Still don't have the rebate checks my wife was promised 2-weeks ago (1/15/26) when she went to confirm the cancellation of our membership, and refund for the unapproved charges. read more

I became a member of Costco's during the COVID Pandemic but only went into the store once a couple of years ago. Recently renewed and upgraded my membership and decided to go into the store this Saturday to finally get my membership ID. Michelle waited on me in Customer Service and her customer service was impeccable. She was very helpful and advised me of valuable information I needed for shopping and etc. I wanted to look at appliances and learn about ordering them online and Matthew waited on me in Appliances and gave resourceful and information of great value and future reference. The customer service I received has been very useful. Also the purchases I made Saturday were of awesome value, especially the paper towels and food items. I will be returning soon. read more

I'm not actually a member, but I've been three times with my dear friend who is. I'm going to get my own membership even tho I'm shopping for just one. I think if I can avoid impulse purchases I can still save money. The deals are reals! lol great organic fruits and veggies, those are my favorites. My dogs love the freeze dried salmon. It's a fraction the price of the online equivalent brand name dog foods made from freeze dried salmon. I love this store. Just practice self control haha! read more

It's pretty tucked in pretty far in a shopping plaza if you're coming from the interstate. There's two lovely roundabouts and it's about 1 mile back from the main road so it's a bit inconvenient to get to compared to most other locations. The gas station is also cordoned way off to the side and require you to get on a side road in order to get in line. Not my favorite but I'm surprised there's even a Costco in Alabama. read more

I just love Costco. This store was very clean, orderly and well stocked. Especially enjoyed their seafood food options. Lobster, king Crab and Musssels. Paired these with asparagus, corn on the cob and romaine.....All were delicious. Well packaged. Check out a breeze... I have been to many costco locations. This one keeps their name proud !! I'm not sure why, but every single time I come here. I can not get my propane tank refilled. They always have some sort of excuse for not being able to fill it. I don't understand why they have a propane refill station. If they never utilize it and their customer never get to use it. One of the times I came to get it refilled me, and about 5 other people were standing in line. And the guy came out and said, "Oh, it's lightning out here. I can't feel for an hour. " All of us just looked at each other and said. What are you talking about? It's not lightning!? I think they just got someone who's lazy and doesn't want to do his job. I hope management sees this review and does something about it. read more

Yesterday was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE at Costco! I finally found the items that I needed and went through the check out, paid, and was going out on the left side of the exit. The very rude and sarcastic female said "You didn't pay for this!" I said "what do you mean?" There were 2 giant yellow boxes of puppy pads that she was examining. My son is a veterinarian and needed them for his clinic. She examined the receipt and said "you have only paid for one of these. You will have to go back through the register and pay for them." Apparently the 2 men at the register were having such an interesting conversation among themselves that THEY MISSED SCANNING ONE OF THEM. There is no way a 76 year-old lady will try to shop-lift a giant yellow box of puppy pads. They can review all of their cameras and see that I did not slip back into the store to put another box in the cart. I have shopped at Sam's Club for 40 years and have NEVER been treated so rudely. I will not be going back to Costco again. If you are going to shop at Costco be sure to check your receipt to make sure they have CORRECTLY SCANNED EVERY ITEM or they will humiliate you by insinuating in front of other patrons that you tried to steal something! I will be shopping at Sam's where they are friendly and respectful. read more

I love this location! First of all, their guest services rock! I had a promotional through my credit card company that basically made my first year membership free, so I figured I would give it a whirl and let me tell ya, I'm so glad I did! Every single visit to this store has been so pleasant from the person greeting/checking membership id's at the door, the people cleaning, the people checking you out, the people giving out samples-- I don't care who it is in the store, they are awesome! I have never had an issue finding what I am looking for. The store, while huge, is laid out in such a fashion that it's very easy to navigate. It is always stocked and the deals are amazing. You can find anything from dry food, produce, baked items, fresh flowers, fresh meats, home decor, medicine, beauty products, furniture, pet food, gift cards and more! I highly recommend their baked items such as the croissants, the health and beauty items such as skincare, the fresh flowers, gift cards (as you can get $100 worth for $75 for example) and the alcohol! The Costco branded alcohol is actually quite yummy and very affordable. I would keep my membership just for the alcohol and the very famous food court! Oh the food court... I could go on and on. Where else can you go and get a hot dog and fountain drink for 1.59? A humongous and delicious pizza for $10 and change? Everything is amazing. I love the frozen mocha and I don't think we've ever left the store without a fresh pizza. If you are an "executive" member which is an additional $60, you get added perks such as vacation packages and deals, discounted hotel rates, incentives on vehicle purchases, etc. All of that should be taken into consideration if you're looking to sign up as you may find these perks justify the additional membership fee to be an Executive Member. Nonetheless, I would recommend the basic membership to anyone. If you're trying to decide on a membership between Costco and their counterpart, I am a member with both and if I had to choose one, I would always choose Costco! read more

This review is for the Costco Eye Center. I've purchased 3 pairs of prescription glasses there but will not be purchasing any more and will recommend others not to do so. One pair I bought broke - and I treat my glasses well, so there's no reason for the breakage. Another pair are useless to me because I cannot see well enough in them. That leaves one out of the 3 pairs that I can use. Not a very good track record. And I was told that they don't warranty their frames. Very disappointed in my Costco Eye Center experience. read more

This review is regarding the optical center: The Optical department has a very great master optician by the name of Bill, he is the type of person one would like to look after your optical needs. HOWEVER, many/most of the younger technicians are a different story. When I went to pickup my glasses a young lady put my glasses on and said every thing was fine, no attempt to fit them properly. About a week later I returned to have the prescription verified and Bill said the glasses were not fitted properly and one of the measurement went from an 80 to a 25 because of the ill fitting glasses. The issue is that these young female technicians are in a hurry and are unwilling to make an effort to do their job properly (my observation). When I chose my frames I was directed to just one panel to choose from, when my husband ( a few weeks earlier.. and the same young technician) was choosing his frames, he was directed to the entire bank of frames, I was given the 'bums rush' to finish the sale. Management is an issue at this location, there appears to be no enforcement of proper protocols when glasses are fitted...the faster the better! read more

This Costco location is wonderful! The place is so clean and they usually have a somalier type guy near the wines helping you to select your perfect bottle. The lines usually move pretty quickly and I have to be honest... I love the samples. My favorite things to purchase at Costco are eggs, milk, produce, meat, snacks, coffee, and wine! read more

After debating between here and a competitor store, we ended up choosing Costco for a membership. The lady at customer service went above and beyond explaining all of the membership perks and benefits. She was incredibly detailed and thorough. The store itself is immaculate. Everything is cleaned and organized. The produce selection is fantastic. The room the milk is in is so cold that we could see my husband's breath when he talked. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helped us find anything we couldn't find on our own. We didn't have much time this visit because we got there around 7:45pm and they closed at 8:30pm, but I look forward to going again when I have more time and looking at everything. read more

Grab your snacks because this is a long one. This store is complete rage bait. I would like to start out with the fact that the employees were about at rude as you could get. I used all my manners and was very polite and got nothing in return. There were about 3 in particular. Let's get into the real story here. Costco is supposed to have a worker at the door "checking" your membership cards. Well, I was using my mothers card because any normal person would think that is allowed. The lady at the door BARELY checked my card and proceeded to let me in. I spent about 2 hours shopping around and was very excited for my new health journey. As I went to checkout the lady asked me for my card and noticed that the picture of my mom on the back of the card was not me. She then proceeded to not let me check out and i shamefully left the store. I am enraged. This ALL would have been avoided if the person at the door would have simply checked the membership card more thoroughly and I would have gone home and come back with my mom. This was a COMPLETE waste of my time. Costco get your crap together. read more

ordered a GE refrigerator on March 23,2022. It was delivered damaged on March 28th, 2022. I did not accept it. It was replaced.The replacement refrigerator came crushed this time. This is unacceptable.  GE and Costco refuse to help me.  I have lost income. GE had no record of the order. Costco said I can just keep it broken or go elsewhere, Sam's Club or wherever. No one even knew who delivered it. The order went to the Costco system rather than to GE so GE had no record of it. I I spoke to Tkeyah at GE. MAX at Costco, then Kelsey a GE supervisor and Costco Logistics for hours. No assistance was offered I was told no rush would be put on the 3rd replacement and it could come broken again. Costco has lost quality. This is a disgrace. I no longer want this item from Costco. Worst service ever. You can no longer even email them, Costco used to be better than this. read more

We got to look around more at the costco in Mobile this time in picking up my reordered sunglasses, my fault i didnt get the proper lens to begin with and they were wonderful in fixing that for me.. I did pay the extra but it was well worth it.. anyway finally walked around and got a lot of stuff.. I love Costco so much better than the other club but it is just not close enough to run to whenever i want.. We love this Costco. It is clean and on the weekends the free Samples flow! I also love the auto center. They will rotate and balance my tires(that I did not buy at costsco) for 28.00 and that includes nitrogen! We love to buy protein bars, eggs, milk, chicken breast, and the huge box of kids chips for school snacks. Also the hot pizza and hot dogs make such a cheap meal. read more

Mobile Costco Hearing offers an affordable amazing product. But the most amazing part is their staff. Jade is a real audiologist! And her supportive staff is a great asset. I can't say enough about the hearing aid product and service. It was well worth the 2 1/2 hour drive for me. Please add this location to your choices when searching for hearing aids. read more

ITS COSTCO..... not much to say. I've been living in San Diego for the past few years and Costco been my number one spot to get bulk items. Wow I dont know how many times I been to Costco in my life time I guess you can say I'm a fan! Living out in MS this Costco is the closest you can get in the area. With the end of the year of 2018 I racked up a lot of reward dollars on there credit card with CITI so we decided to come here and redeem our cash for store goods. If you haven't got the Credit card I highly recommend you to get it since they have a good cash back system. This location is great and has everything you can think of and isn't always to busy. We always go on Sundays and the sample game is on point with the workers happily offering you samples of there products. Each month they have deals on select items and sometimes the deals are to good to be true. I enjoy spending all my hard work money on diapers and wipes along with the Costco vodka. At first I was skeptical about the vodka but wow Kirkland produces a great Vodka and in my opinion one of the best I had. Its half the price as other competitors and it leaves you feeling great the next morning. If you haven't tried to food court I dont know what you are waiting for! They have some of the best prices and food quality you can get for your money. They sell everything from the infamous Costco Pizza, to hot dogs, chicken bakes, and churros and many more. They have a nice condiment setup for the dogs with fresh chopped onions, ketchup, mustard, relish and fountain drinks as well. If I didnt live closer I would probably be here at least weekly and also why is Mobile sales tax 10%!!!? read more

I was excited to make the trek for my first visit to Costco and use the membership I had bought on line. I showed my ID and credit card, was photographed and issued a card. After shopping for 45 minutes, the $100+ merchandise was tallied and ready to go when I was told that my MasterCard could not be used for payment, only Visa or debit, neither of which I possess. But I bought the membership with this same MasterCard! Off to customer service to demand a refund where I as asked, "How would you like it?". "Put it back on the card it was charged to". "We can't do that only Visa or debit". Cash was the only option as store credit would have been too ironic. All this could have been avoided if the proper caveat had been alerted when I used a MasterCard initially. Imagine reserving a hotel room and unable to use the same card to pay. read more

Costco is my absolute jam! This location is simply amazing, and when I commuted to and from Mobile for work purposes (I actually live over in MS.) I initially got a Costco membership for the gas prices alone, which I still use all of the time. Recently, I really utilized the store for their bulk drinks and wine for my wedding, which was absolutely clutch! I have to say, Kirkland prosecco is actually super delicious, and a great value. Their Coca-Cola products are also a phenomenal deal, and I was so excited to find Mexican cokes for a great deal for my big day. (We served Mexican food to go with them.) The staff at this location is so very helpful, the prices are great, and I simply adore my Costco! read more

My sister lost a small rubber piece off of her hearing aid. I went into Costco to their hearing aid center and ask if they had any of them in stock. Not only did they have it in stock, the young woman that worked the desk gave me one to replace it. She was so very nice, courteous and helpful. I highly recommend Costco.
