So I very rarely write a bad review but, this place deserves one. My very sweet friend came in today to pick up tank tops to make for me and my fellow bartender this week. She had a medium and a small. Well when she went to check out the purple/brown haired check out girl had the audacity to say "you know these aren't gonna fit you right". Unprofessional clowns. You order $300 Vinyl and no one knows your tracking number or if they even send it yet (after 3 days)

Small in statue but I love going there. We have a few other small vinyl shops in Mobile County but this one has sister brand which I feel is the best and the customer service through the week is superb. The weekend staff is not to great but the staff through the week makes up for that. Anytime they don't have something in stock you can easily get from Vinyl Kraze online. read more
