Cotton Capers has more of a designer selection. The ladies that work here are so kind and helpful. I find it best to arrive shortly after they open as they do get busy later in the day. Lastly, they have a backlog of work and it will take a couple of months to get custom made drapery etc completed.

I told him about the dimensions were restricted to and what we wanted and took at tour of his shop. We found a chair and loveseat that he had just finished and with a couple adjustments we decided that we had found just what we were looking for. He offered to deliver it on one of his runs and we had a deal. We had an estimate for l when we'd get them and it was time to wait. We were thinking we'd have enough time to custom paint them in time for some family and friends to arrive but that never happened. The scheduled delivery cane and went and the dance began. Long story short we didn't get for nearly a month after promised and after multiple calls, and estimated times, we eventually rented a truck to pick them up ourselves. It was frustrating, but to be fair, it was a time where hiring and keeping employees was difficult and the only two working was Tony and his Dad, so there's that but it was nonetheless annoying. Bottom line: Tony, the owner, is a personable guy and his furniture and prices are great but if you're in a hurry, beware. I would buy from these guys again as long as I could wait.
