Excellent selection of men's shirts at great prices. The staff is rather friendly and supportive.

My VENMO card was stolen (no one knew ) I got an alert that the card was used at Azalea (Not the store associate's fault, the problem comes in when I call to report the Lady was very nice, took the time down that it was used (12:34 pm) She said the manager had stepped away but when he got back he could roll the footage back and see who used it. No one ever called back and when I tried to call them they did not answer the phone. Maybe they knew the person and didn't want to tell on them. read more

Ok, we have been to this location several more times since my original review. Most of the points still stand. The store is well organized for the most part and the floor associates (as in the ones putting stuff out, organizing, etc.) are so friendly and professional. However, the pricing inconsistencies are still an issue and one of their cashiers is wildly rude. I overheard some very unprofessional dialogue during a trip which really turned me off from returning again. The cashier all but accused a customer of changing price tags. Granted, I'm not sure how that would even happen and am not saying it did or didn't, but accusing a patron of that is pretty bold. I also experienced some rude and unprofessional behavior from the cashier myself, during checkout, similar to what other reviewers have mentioned. Anyhow, there are some decent things to be found if you go on the right day, as in, there is a professional cashier and the pricing is fair and consistent. It is hard to recommend this place when it is the pricing is all over the place and some of the employees are hostile. I would like to reiterate though, that the ladies and gentlemen working the floor are very professional and my rating is not indicative of any interaction with those associates. read more

Another poor experience at the Azalea rd Goodwill in Mobile Al. I shopped 3 different goodwill over the weekend. I bought several ladies blouses in each. One didn't fit. So I tried to return it using one of my receipts tgat showed a ladies blouse purchase. The manager refused to accept the return because the computer said the blouse on the return ticket was an orange tag. The blouse I was returning was a blue tag. I told the manager it didn't indicate that on the receipt. She said it only came up on tge computer. So I didn't know that ticket colors mattered or I would checked tge order receipts more carefully. Again another way to short change the customer. read more

a bit of a dig to look through the items but i always find something i want. seems like Saturday is the only day a color tag is on sale as that's when i see something listed on the whiteboard and i've never gotten anything discounted. prices are decent but some of the bedding seems pricy to me. customer service at checkout has always been great in my experience. lines do get long and slow at times. i appreciate that they have an outlet for trying out electronics and the ability to return them for store credit if not working. as a shopper with sensitivities to being out in public (lights, noise, vibes) the store can feel a bit difficult for me when some people are putting new items out. read more

Was ok. Fitting rooms still closed which makes it difficult to buy clothing. Other items could be displayed better. Looked dirty.

This goodwill always has a long line. The cashier had a terrible attitude. I told her the sign had a specific price for bags. She argued with me about the price. At this point we had been waiting 15 min in line. Now she had to call a manager over to verify the price. 5 minuets later the manger confirmed the price that i gave the cashier . Then as I placed a heavy canvas bag with brass buckles on the counter it clunked on the counter.... she accused me of "getting an attitude." I told her that I was not the one with the attitude. The lady behind me chimed and started an argument with the cashier. The lady behind me told her she just needed to do her job and keep her mouth shut.......gulp. Very awkward. As they got loud the manager came over and relieved her and told her to go to her office. The manager was very apologetic. Just terrible customer service. We went today because the blue tags were 1.50. Got some good deals but .......not worth the wait nor an unnecessary confrontation. read more

There were great finds but the lines were really backed up. The quality of clothing was worth it though!

Worth browsing. Good for clothes for knocking around the house and yard.. Occasional real finds, like a black tail coat and formal shirt that fit me perfectly. read more

I don't know why stores feel it is better to have multiple people on the floor putting items out than at the registers. It just makes everyone, the cashier, the customers waiting and the one checking out, more stressed. They seem to ALWAYS have issues with pricing. I bought a sheet set that had individual tags on each sheet ( yes and each pillowcase) I know they should have had it wrapped together with one price since that is what usually happens. I told this to the cashier and she agreed but then had to all a manager. Guys, let the cashier make the decision when she knows what needs to happen. it is silly to make everyone wait for something that is common sense. Also, why does something like this occur? I figured the two came in a different times but they were right next to each other on the rack so common sense would say, why didn't they then get wrapped together? who knows.
