Overpriced and shady business. I am stuck with doors that was an error on Bobby Repka's side. I asked him to duplicate my order and he messed up with the wrong size, was pushy about me signing the quote ASAP and ultimately, I am stuck with 4 doors. What a shame that he could not fix this issue. 0 STARS for this SHADY BUSINESS. Take your money elsewhere, Home Depot is what BOBBY suggested after this dispute. read more

I have used Mobile lumber, now for 2 years now and will always use them for my lumber needs. My last purchase was 558' of spruce 1x8x8 to be used in one of the mobile schools. The quality of the wood was grade a, 80% of it had no knots and straight. The. Costs was 45% less than the other. Two building supply stores. The staff from sales to the yard have been great to work with rain or shine. read more

I needed to order a new door for the house I am renting so I could install a doggie door in it and preserve the existing door for when I move out. The person I worked with was fairly knowledgeable on the subject, although his follow-through was not the greatest; I had to call back myself instead of him returning my calls on about 3 occasions during the order/pickup process. At the end of the process though, my door arrived when expected and was exactly what I was looking for. If only for better follow-through, this could have been a 5-star rating. read more

We wanted to use a more local business to purchase some items for a home repair. We knew the cost of materials would be around $1500-$2000 and wanted to stay away from the big box stores. However, the customer service is non-existent at the Highway 90 location. Don't waste your time. We went down the street to the big box and spent our $$$$ there. read more

We love doing business at this store. We remodeled 2 rental houses in Mobile during 2011 and 2012. Everyone we dealt with at Mobile Lumber was so helpful and friendly. We really wanted to do new cabinets in one of the houses and it was just not in the budget. Mobile Lumber worked with us and put a package of cabinets together and installed them for a price that was not much more that redoing the old cabinets. We were thrilled! We also got pine from there to put in flooring and we feel like we got a great deal. I called a year and a half later to get some info from an old invoice and the lady in the cabinet dept. was as nice and helpful as she could be. I had the info I needed within a couple of minutes sent to my email. Try that at a chain store. I cant say enough about Mobile Lumber. We live in Pensacola and had to do much of our business over the phone. We are so glad we found Mobile Lumber! read more
