Mind you we live in New Orleans, Louisiana so we drove a long way from where we live to Biloxi. Just to come home and find out that the game does not work at all. We popped the game in the ps4 and once the game played for five minutes, then it played for three minutes, and after that it wouldn't play at all & this would pop up on the screen. "Cannot continue using the application. The disc cannot be read. Make sure that the disc is not damaged or dirty." Upon further inspection of the CD it's obvious that the game is a fake. And after reading the return policy and other reviews, we already know we won't get a legit game or any help with our purchase considering they didn't help others with the same issue. We also didn't receive a receipt from the employee. I feel scammed. What a lovely birthday gift.

My son turned in 30 blue rays and was offered 60.00 in cash or 100.00 store credit, so I bought the machine and gave my son the cash took the machine home, and it didn't work. The manager told me in the store that he could get another one in 55 minutes. I called and informed them it is not working the Same day. They offered me a top loader for $100.00 more than told me they were picking me up another one, then told all 7 stores do not have one, and I can play some other thing till they find one. They said they would buy it off eBay if they had to call back on 10/23. Told they are waiting to pick up a machine. I could have bought it off eBay myself . It was not my fault that their product did not work, and they should have refunded me. I live 90 minutes away, got fed up with calling, gave my son the credit on 10/24. No apology or acknowledgment. Just gave me my credit . While the young black man who works there was pleasant and helpful, my son and I found the other man white black hair to be extremely cold and rude. As a retired ex-store owner, whoever hired him should rethink it. I will never shop there again. If it were my customer, I would have returned the money. Pathetic to put a customer through this and treat them like this .

You don't really see that level of customer service anymore and I greatly appreciated it. Besides that, they have a great selection of video games and other media (including a massive selection of DVDs and other physical media to browse) along with all sorts of electronics. Sometimes they will set discount stuff outside to browse as well. Five stars, fantastic place and I hope to come again soon!

All the video games, media, & other merchandise is reasonably organized into their racks or display cases sorted by system or genre. The store staff is knowledgeable and friendly when it comes to their systems, other items they're selling or if I had a question about what I own or about to purchase.
