Items are stacked on top of one another, Jenga-style, and you have to move five or six things just to get to the comic back issue bins. Even then you're forced to stand at an awkward angle as you root through them, your left foot sandwiched between a mint-in-box Ecto-1 and a bin filled with loose Green Goblin Megos, your right foot resting on a stack of Maxim magazines held together with twine and adolescent sexual frustration. They offered no replacement of broken inventory that was sold, no acknowledgement of the misdiagnosis of the battery problem. Only after a heated argument was I offered something like a $1.50 off the price of a new charger. I was disappointed as I had spending money there for a couple years at that point.
