I was baited in to getting a credit card because i would receive free Pro account or a discounted rate something aling those lines in October! Well Ivgot one with a small limit wanted the pro account for psa grading purposes! It's January ive made my first payment on the order i had to do to receive the pro account and still nobody seems to know what im talkjng about and the call center blaming the store and the store is just a waist of time at this point! I give it 4 stars considering its the best GameStop around here. However, I still miss places like Rhino games. We do have trade and save in Pensacola which is a great store along with a few other small game stores which I find most to be better than the big chain Gamestop. At least this location has some great employees they are always nice and willing to help. They also seem, for the most part, to be pretty knowledgeable about the games and systems. If you're new in town and haven't found the small shops yet or you just like the big name then I would recommend this location. They have a decent selection but which is pretty much the same at all game stops. Their trade in rules are kind of absurd they charge you a refurbish fee on every game and they really under value the games when you trade them in but yet they price them way higher when they sell them. read more

A spacious store with plenty of games and enough room to move without getting claustrophobic. The staff is great and took ample time to run the gift cards through and explain a few things. These are some friendly geeks, for realz. And I don't use that term as a derogation of the peeps...they knew what they were talking about and were quite amiable. The only negative that I can mention is the location...in one of the outbuildings in the Walmart parking lot. Seriously, the dipsticks that are tasked with designing Walmart parking lots must dip dung beetles in ink, put them on a big sheet of paper, observe the random patterns left behind, and yell, "Eureka! Let's go with this!" Walmart parking lots seem engineered to give me elevated blood pressure and an urge to break traffic laws and good decorum. There should be a reward of a block of extra-sharp, aged, Vermont cheddar cheese after successfully navigating the maze to get into or out of that crappily-designed patch of asphalt. Pfft. read more

I wish I could give this negative 5 Stars after placing an order on Thanksgiving Day it was stated my order would be received on December 4th I received my order on December 8th which would have been okay until I realized there were only three of the games out of the five that I ordered I called GameStop customer service and was told that the other two were still being processed and would be on the way when I looked on my online account it show that I would be receiving them December 14th as of as of December 11th I checked my online account again and it said that my whole order was received on December 8th I called GameStop customer service for the second time and spoke with a young lady by the name of Gwen who is extremely rude and told me basically that there was nothing that she could do that she could give me a refund or replaced my order when I asked if there was no way of making a stat order for this she stated no all I can do is replace the order she then hung up on me when I called back the second time I received a young lady on the phone who when I ask to speak to a supervisor started laughing at me and I had to ask a second time I was then transferred to another young lady named Veronica who proceeded to tell me that she wasn't a supervisor that there were no supervisors in the office but she did pull my order up and she did look at it and said that she's not sure why I was told that the other two discs were processing that it showed that they had been sent with my original order which was absolutely incorrect she then told me that she could replace the order for me or give me a refund I told her I did not want a refund to the whole point of me getting order was for the Black Friday sale and they were a lot cheaper so she said that she would go ahead and replace the order I would have to wait another 3 to 5 days for it to process and 7 to 10 for it to be shipped out I didn't ask how I would be able to speak to a supervisor she said she did email one while we were on the phone and was told that she could transfer me to them after she transferred me the phone rang at least 10 times and no one picked up and the call was disconnected so here I sit extremely aggravated with I feel no resolution to my situation I will never order from Gamestop again this has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had and I would never recommend ordering anything online from Gamestop EVER!!!!!!!!! read more
