I wish I could give a more negative rating. This place sucks! I got a gift card to GameStop and am here visiting for a few months so I drive 25 mins to this place. A lady kind of helped me pick out a game for my ps5. Anyways, it cost $65 bucks and I left to drive 25 mins back. After I got back to my hotel room I opened the case and there was no freaking game! I was pissed! Like, you work there... why would you not put the disc in?? I had to drive 25 mins back to the store and told the lady and she was kind of like whatever.. she put the disc in and didn't even secure it so I drive back the my hotel room again after almost 2 hours back and forth and the "new game" is scratched!! Man, goto Walmart or anywhere else. This place gets an F- from me. I will never step inside a Game stop ever in my life again. This store should be obsolete!! From here on out I will download or have shipped. Stay away from game stop!! read more

Everyone who works here is either loud and obnoxious or a complete scam artist. Every time I buy something here (something I will never do again), they hassle about signing up for the membership. Even after saying no, they continued to argue why I should get it. I have to say no a hundred times before they accept my answer. Even AFTER SAYING NO he ADDED IT to my charge and tried to get away with it. I also purchased a game that he added a warranty to without me asking for it. Never mentioned he had majorly up charged me for the warranty and I didn't even notice it until I looked at the receipt. Scummy, scammy behavior. Every time I walk in my skin crawls. It smells horrible, it's filthy, it's cramped, it's disorganized. If you need any games, go to Best But or the GameStop across from the Walmart. Far better service and far cleaner store. read more

The sales associate was extremely aggressive in pushing the Pro membership. I told her three times, I did not want it and she continued on pushing the membership. Very unprofessional, and I can see how they are able to get their quota on older people/young adolescents who give into the pressure. Avoid this shop, and take your money to another location. read more

THE MANAGER IS HORRIBLE. Recently with scalpers being a normal pokeMon card fan has been impossible. GameStop had a drop with limited boxes. Missed the first one got there too late. Asked advice for the second attempt today. GOT AT THE MALL AT 5:30 AM waited and when the front doors open went to the GameStop and The manager (female) told me the line starts at the food court entrance and that I had to leave. I explained NO WHERE on their flyers did it say that and their employees when I asked twice about it never mentioned the food court door. She was extremely rude and gave me horrible attitude and so even though I was the first one there I was told I had to leave. wouldnt even atleast open the food court doors to let me get in line, said I'd have to walk around the entire mall. Great GameStop with great employees. They took the time to really help me find the games and collectibles I'm always searching for. Not always extremely busy so you can really get some one on one with the employees. They always have what I'm looking for as well and when they don't they always find the closest store that can assist me. read more

Despite being located in the mall this gamestop was great! The employees were very polite and didn't hassle me when I was looking around for something! I don't usually shop at gamestop u less they have great deals or they have a game that I'm looking for. I do appreciate the help that the assiciate gave me! Went to this location yesterday to help my nine year old return a Christmas gift purchased by his older brother. We presented the receipt and the game and the cashier immediately attacked him asking "why do you have the display case?". Her gibberish explanation of the return procedure became more and more condescending and vile. I finally told her to simply return our original purchase and void the new transaction. Will never visit this store again. read more

Great staff really friendly they always help me when i go in there and always help me plus they have some great deals going on almost all the time and i like that they have a lot of collectibles to choose from and even tho they were pretty busy they made sure to pay attention to me too read more
