She made sure that the post was in the right place for it to sit on my ear correctly, looked at my ear to see how long the post needed to be, and even put a screw back on it that locks into place so the earring wouldn't fall out. They got my ring done so I wouldn't be rushed on Tuesday! Talk about amazing people!!!! If you ever need any jewelry or need repairs go to them! They also have lots of gift items too! I will not go back here. I would rather wait the 7 days shipping to get my books from Chegg.com…read more Everyone I encountered who worked there was beyond rude. They have a deal where they will price check if you find a cheaper book from external sources, so when I told them that chegg.com had it for 10 bucks cheaper- the person currently checking my books sent me over to, I assume their manager a couple feet away to check me out and loudly/obnoxiously made rude comments about me being 'cheap' . Uh if you had a policy, I expect you to honor it- I don't care if it's 50 cents difference. Overall it was just a bad experience. When you're spending so much money on something, you want to feel comfortable doing it, and I felt the exact opposite. When I asked them the individual price of each book (the grand total was over 300) they seemed annoyed by the question. Horrible service. Save your time and energy by using chegg/amazon/etc.
