I returned on 2/20/15 and he told me he wasn't going to allow me to exchange or refund the product Cause it's a known fact that no hobby store has a return policy. I asked him where is it posted in his store and he said it's not. I asked for a written receipt of what was purchased and he said my credit card receipt is my receipt. The credit card receipt doesn't help me if I want to resell whatever it is that he sold me. During this conversation he acknowledged the contents of the package were undisturbed and appeared unopened. He accused me of being a liar and he called me crazy when I became angry that he told my boyfriend that It was known about his return policy. He is very disrespectful, arrogant and dishonest. The model kits range from vintage to present-day, and the sheer variety is really incredible. All different kinds of scales, from 1:144 to 1:24. John was a very nice guy and very helpful, he greeted us upon entering the store and asked if there was anything we needed, also made sure to make us aware of where everything was, and the sales on paints. He took a few minutes after we paid to tell us about the different groups that meet at the store, and wrote down some information for us on a business card.
