The owner and his wife were very nice and friendly as was some of the older staff, but some of his younger workers needed some serious remedial training in how to deal with customers. Last time I was in there this black kid with short dreadlocks, just kept staring at me from behind the counter and not once did he say "can I help you?" A short time later, I saw him jacking his jaws with another employee and by this time I had enough. I walked out the door, went to my vehicle in the parking lot and ordered right then and there what I needed from Amazon.com. I returned on 2/20/15 and he told me he wasn't going to allow me to exchange or refund the product Cause it's a known fact that no hobby store has a return policy. I asked him where is it posted in his store and he said it's not. I asked for a written receipt of what was purchased and he said my credit card receipt is my receipt. The credit card receipt doesn't help me if I want to resell whatever it is that he sold me. During this conversation he acknowledged the contents of the package were undisturbed and appeared unopened. He accused me of being a liar and he called me crazy when I became angry that he told my boyfriend that It was known about his return policy. He is very disrespectful, arrogant and dishonest.
