Amazing customer service & friendly environment! We had a wonderful experience at this pawn shop. We ended up buying silver coins and had a ton of education from Cindy, she took her time to educate and explain everything to us as well as listen to what we were wanting to do for our needs and then recommended what was best. We really appreciated the amazing customer service as well as the very nice environment with beautiful jewelry, very cool guns, silver & gold. We are looking forward to being back! read more

Stopped in with my grandkids to look at some coins. Stayed for a few hours enjoying the exceptional service and personal touch so lacking in many businesses today. We will come back again and again. read more

After several years of continued support and business which has included a number of custom jewelry items I can no longer recommend this company nor Eric Borcik the manager. After so many years this gentleman turned nasty after I had some concerns on the last item I ordered over a year ago. Then after waiting so long he rushed it out over two weeks not to the specifications nor design I had asked for and overcharged for the weight of white gold used though I was told by their shop assistant I was being given a great deal! Eric then proceeded in a text, a personal rant to tell me not to shop there or speak to him again as I was not welcome! This is not the kind of service one gives to loyal customers who have spent many hundreds of dollars at this establishment. Therefore all patronage is withdrawn. Richard 8ن HRH. The watch smith is wonderful!!! He offers a lifetime warranty on watch batteries! $25.00!! Holy moly excellent price right?? Don't worry if you loose your receipt, as he marks the inside of the watch to know he serviced it. I've had excellent results every time I came in and will happily continue to utilize their jewelry service. The jewelry selection is mind blowing! The prices reasonable. No public restrooms, just know that in case . Call them and check on what you may want done before you go, they are very cordial! Thank you! read more

I hadn't wore my original wedding ring for several years and it required resizing. I purchased it there in 1998. I was pleasantly surprised when Eric was able to resize ring within same day. read more

Great store!!! The jeweler Eric is great. He's replaced diamonds in my ring. Does a really good job of bringing jewelry back to life as well as having some great deals in the store on merchandise. Everyone is always friendly positive and helpful when I come in The Silver Mine!!!!! read more

I live out of state. Was visiting in Miramar Beach. 35 minutes away. Called for silver pricing. Was told company policy wouldn't allow them to quote silver prices over the phone. I gave them idea of what premiums I was accustomed to seeing. They told me I could only get prices if I came in. When I arrived they gave me prices. As an example, generic silver premiums were just under $6 over spot. Much higher than what I have seen. They pretty much wasted my 1 hour round trip drive to find out what they could have told me over the phone. read more

This place offers $2 under spot and sells for $12-$14 dollars over spot, and always uses the excuse of having to hold for 30 days or sometimes even 90 days (which is on a pawn item) and they will exclaim like it is a social injustice. There are many other silver dealers in the area that do not even have to think about that and will offer you better than spot and sell at a reasonable mark-up. I would go somewhere else. They will also try and sales pitch you to get into some kind of $10,000 investment thing. So just run away from this place. read more

Only once before have I left feedback for a business, and the other was when a veterinarian performed the wrong surgery on my dog. That having been said, I received some of the best customer service ever from The Silver Mine. There was a hick-up with a watch service. I was quite upset at the way things went during the process, but they went above and beyond to fix the problem and make sure that I was 100 percent satisfied, and I was. read more

They buy silver at half spot price and sell it for 2x spot price... I don't recommend buying silver here because of deceptive practices... They will also randomly make up prices for silver coins based on your interest in the coin; I see through the bullshit and I won't go back read more

I do not like these people at all. I had to pawn Avery, very expensive piece of jewelry because I just went through a divorce and I had to feed my 3 children and I had to move. I called and said I did not want to get rid of the bracelet and sent most of the money and I would be there to pay the rest of the money within the week .They said no problem and when I got there a banker in town wanted the bracelet and he sold it. They had no integrity what so ever. I will never forget what lousey people they are. The bracelet ment a lot to me. read more
