We bought a new gun safe from Jimmy's. They were great to deal with and delivery was excellent. We had a problem with the safe and we contacted both the manufacturer and Jimmy's. While the manufacturer was slow to respond, Jimmy's was right on it. They sent over a new safe and swapped out the problem safe, no questions asked. Mitch was fantastic to deal with and they really took care of the problem. The folks at Jimmy's are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and responsible for everything they sell. Great to have a local business that you can trust and rely on. They have been around a long time and a real asset to our community. read more

Jimmy's pawn shop is the best. They're always there for you.. They sell their guns with lots of zest! I'd buy them all a brew! Traveled the 10 coast to coast From Californ to Jacksonville. It's the only place I can boast... Where I'd gladly spend my dollar bill! read more

Excellent experience. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. GREAT prices. Blue label dealer. Definitely will be going back.

Called to check to see if they had Glock 35s in stock since most Blue Label dealers didn't, but they did and they beat everyone's Blue Label prices around. So go figure they will get my business. I asked them to place the pistol on hold for me and would be there Saturday to pick it up and they did. The customer service was great, very knowledgeable and willingness to help. Their prices are great for everything else too. Will be back for my firearm needs. read more

Staff greeted us as soon as we walked in. Didn't purchase anything, but do have a nice selection of guns. They also offer safes as well.

My first time purchasing something from a pawn shop and everyone was wonderful. It is busy but any questions are answered and they are all very helpful. Amy was so patient with me and answered all my questions. This place is a business that others should emulate. Check it out, they have some really great items. read more

Great local business. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Great selection of guns and safes as well.

Great place to do business.reasonable prices ,counter people very helpful

This business is completely sneaky and unprofessional. They charged my husband 60$ to ship his gun- told him that's how much it would cost no matter where he went- forgot to include the fact that it is actually how much THEIR shop charges, not every single establishment. On top of that, they packaged the gun poorly, risking damage to the weapon. Before shipping the gun and when paying the 60$, there was no mention of a pickup or transfer fee. He was led to believe that the 60$ would be all that he was paying, however upon going to pick up the gun, we were told there would be a 50$ transfer fee but that they would only charge us 35$. So after lying about the cost to ship a weapon, poorly handling the weapon and omitting the fact that there would be an additional charge upon pickup, they still wanted us to pay them. I understand it being a place of business but their customer service and professionalism is terrible. The manager had a poor and careless attitude about the situation and was completely unapologetic. She proceeded to tell my husband that she didn't think she needed to explain to him the process because she thought he was educated. She was condescending and rude. Not sure where this women got her degree from but obviously she needs a refresher in business leadership. Never doing business with this shop again and I recommend that you individuals reading this, don't either. read more
