They offered no replacement of broken inventory that was sold, no acknowledgement of the misdiagnosis of the battery problem. Only after a heated argument was I offered something like a $1.50 off the price of a new charger. I was disappointed as I had spending money there for a couple years at that point.

You don't really see that level of customer service anymore and I greatly appreciated it. Besides that, they have a great selection of video games and other media (including a massive selection of DVDs and other physical media to browse) along with all sorts of electronics. Sometimes they will set discount stuff outside to browse as well. Five stars, fantastic place and I hope to come again soon!

The store staff is knowledgeable and friendly when it comes to their systems, other items they're selling or if I had a question about what I own or about to purchase.
