Anyone with an interest in anime, video games, or related hobbies will surely fall in love. They have a game selection from NES all the way to modern gen, with consoles from every generation on sale. Their video game prices are in line with eBay- not too crazy, but you gotta understand they have to make a profit. I got a few things I was looking for and was satisfied. Funko pop collectors will have a grand time, with convention exclusives along with commons for sale. For those who love Japan, they even have gacha machines. I can't recommend this place enough.

You don't really see that level of customer service anymore and I greatly appreciated it. Besides that, they have a great selection of video games and other media (including a massive selection of DVDs and other physical media to browse) along with all sorts of electronics. Sometimes they will set discount stuff outside to browse as well. Five stars, fantastic place and I hope to come again soon!

All the video games, media, & other merchandise is reasonably organized into their racks or display cases sorted by system or genre. The store staff is knowledgeable and friendly when it comes to their systems, other items they're selling or if I had a question about what I own or about to purchase. This morning I asked about a specific book and was told they receive thousands of books and had no way of knowing if they had that specific title. No offer to help look for that book either. Moving forward I think we'll be visiting other used bookstores in the area with staff that is more passionate about literature.

If you enjoy books, you can find nearly any genre here at the Book Exchange, with lots of books by the same authors like Stephen King, James Michener, J.D. Robb, Dan Brown, etc. I even found one of the two books that I have not read by Harold Robbins, I was thrilled. It's a large used book store but it is pretty unorganized with some of the aisles just lined with stacks of books but I felt right at home :-) But fear not, the very friendly lady that runs it knows where all of the books are, or it seemed ilkoke it, and she is happy to be your guide for your personal reading preferences, I like that! Hey, they have a pretty healthtly collection of vinyl records (LP's) and you can spend some time looking for that Rolling Stones or ELO record and take a walk down memory lane. They've got DVD movies & other miscellaneous stuff of interest as well Bottom line: There's old and new books alike for a great price and don't forget to take in your bag of read books and get a credit toward more. Used books are way cheaper and swapping makes it even more cheaper :-)

We arrived a little before 3 PM when we were the only patrons at the center, which was not a…read moreproblem, but it's not like we were in the middle of a crazy rush when this all happened. The workers were cold and barely acknowledged or made eye contact with us. Since we were the only ones there, their side eyes and irritation with us made us feel like huge burdens. I was just going to ride along in a double go kart with a family member and the male staff member watched as i tried to fit in the kart only to tell me that it was for little kids. Since none of the staff told us that the doubles were not made for two teens or anyone much bigger than an 8 year old, I had to exit the track and just watch my family race. The go karts themselves were decent but we felt so uncomfortable that we did one five minute race and then just left the center. Additionally, when my sister crashed, her glasses fell off and she cannot see without them. The same male staff member begrudgingly walked around looking for them and being irritated when she couldn't see where they were. After the race was over and the staff ignored every "thank you" and "have a nice day" we said, we scampered back to our car having wasted $50 dollars on a cold and rude experience. On the positive side, my family really enjoyed the power up buttons on the karts. We got a glowing recommendation from a local and we were so excited to experience this place. I don't know if there was new staff or management but we were all so sad and disappointed on the car ride home.
