Return process here is ridiculous. I ordered a dress online that was not carried in store for my daughter's cotillion dance. Part of the reason I chose Dillards is they are located across the street from Timbercreek and thinking returns would be quick and easy if necessary. My husband did the same with a belt. I brought both the belt and dress to customer service with receipts and tags on. Both ordered with in the last 6 days. Never worn/ used. They called 2 people from other departments to look over the belt and then another separate person look over the dress. Never experienced this any where. Makes you feel like a criminal. Super offensive. In the future I think it would just be easier to order from a better store and return via mail.... There are too many options out there. read more

Mykayla assisted me in looking for a chain. For someone so new to retail she handled standing in for her coworker so professionally and we had a fun time shopping. A great personality and service. I like to visit Dillard's for the quality of clothing they carry. I still miss their shoe sales when they were Gayfers. This iconic brand has special meaning as it was started right across the bay in Mobile, Al. We strolled through yesterday looking for current trends and maybe to find something we could not live without. First we hit the high end ladies casual section but I am disappointed with all the 70's polyester. We then strolled through the men's section and there we were greeted by our first store employee and she made us feel welcome. This is one thing they lack in this store is good customer relations. We hit the jackpot here though we picked up two sports shirts at 60% off. I love when this happens! read more

Be careful with the sales. They often have one side of a rack on sale but not the other, even though it's the same brand and item, just different colors or patterns. I went in today to return three shirts and the guy at the counter told me I should have a Dillard credit card. I explained that I have opened several cards recently and don't want to further impact my credit by opening too many cards in a short period of time. He proceeded to tell me he's been doing this 60 years and that the more cards you open the better your credit will be. Apparently he's the expert ;) read more

Dillards is my favorite store. They always have nice and helpful staff. Love the sales, which are a great value. They have a large selection of merchandise which is displayed well so it's easy to find what you're looking for! read more

We have not been to an indoor mall in years ,since we moved here, as the only one I know of is in Pensacola , not convenient..we loved going a lot to the one in Az , in fact I worked there for 20 yrs.. anyway yesterday after making many trips to Best Buy this week We finally stopped at Dilliards which I thought was just an office space for them and not an actual store.. what a delightful surprise I felt like I have been in a cave and realized how much I do miss the big box stores and esp their Christmas displays and I have always loved shopping at Macy's, Dillard's..the Christmas display was just gorgeous and now that I know it is a store I plan to go more often , they have great sales and quality items..the salespeople are so friendly and helpful as well..I m so glad we finally stopped in.. read more

Too expensive and too little of selection of the same thing,also just a plain t shirt is like 50 bucks and a tie also like 25 bucks

They have a horrible return policy... If it's been more than 30 days they will not even give you a store credit.

The first time I went in this Dillard's, I had pretty much the same experience as Christopher. Granted, I did spend a lot of time browsing Christmas ornaments, because that's what I do. I picked up a $6 pack of wax melts in my favorite holiday scent (Aromatique Cinnamon Cider) and walked around the store with them. I've never stolen anything in my life, and being followed around the store like I was some kind of thief made me feel so uncomfortable that I didn't want to go back. I went back over the summer to buy a birthday gift, and I went in again today to buy make-up during Clinique's bonus time, and also to buy more smell goods. I haven't had that issue again and the sales ladies were extremely friendly and helpful. Dillard's has always been one of my favorite stores. It's my go-to for clothes for my kids and make-up for me. Occasionally, I even buy myself clothes when I'm there. They have great sales too! read more

I wish I could give this Dillards 0 stars. It had been a while since I have shopped here so I could see why the employees would carry out policy. But they seemed to follow me around amd make me feel uncomfortable even though I ended up buying $120 worth of Polo shirts. If there was a closer store with Polo I would much rather go there. And it needs to update the paper towel dispenser as well as adjust the thermostat, Freezing! Overall, just sad really read more

My experience on 03/17/18 was fantastic!! I went in looking for formal dresses,and without any questions Natasha from the junior department helped. She stayed with me until I found the perfect dress for the occasion I am attending. She was very very patient considering I'm picky about the dress I was going to wear. After I left the juniors department I then went to the shoe department. I found a pair of shoes that were too big on me so Shamar found some like those in my size. After deciding I didn't want those he looked for them in my size at the Mobile,Pensacola,and Montgomery stores. Mobile has them so he wanted me to call and ask them to hold them for me,however, they said they couldn't. This surprised Shamar and myself. Thank you so much for this amazing experience!! read more

Despite the fact that it anchors upscale-leaning Eastern Shore Centre, this particular Dillard's feels somewhat downscale in sections. The fixtures in the handbag/accessories department seem stuck in 2000. Beyond the undersized Polo Ralph Lauren and Daniel Cremieux vendor shops, the men's department seems like a seasonal cluttermess. However, this location's edited layout makes the store feel easier to shop, while the showcase windows facing the mall entrance kind of soften and humanize the interior of the store. read more

Love the store. The atmosphere is comfortable. Staff very attentive and easy and eager to help. I will certainly be shopping here ALOT. Daily sales and beautiful housewares as well as accommodating all your needs in regards to school clothes, makeup and overall a one stop place to shop. I purchased 6 Polo shirts that normally run $98.50 each, on sale for 35.99 which saved me Mega bucks as I will be giving as Christmas gifts. Gift wrapping is also included. Way too expensive. The clerks didn't want to help me 'cause they racist. They just hung around their registers and talked on their cell phones. That burns me up when those sales clerks don't do nothing except talk on their phones. read more
