The thing is, I was asking something so simple: to help my friend find a Kendra Scott necklace for his girlfriend. Not only was I given rude remarks over the phone but apparently it was too hard to listen to what I had to say. Luckily, he still did business with them. I'll never associate with that store again. Beware if you're calling over the phone, they might think you have no idea what you're talking about as the lady told my friend. The only reason this is getting 3 stars is because brown eyed girl has some awesome product and I'll never buy Kendra Scott's from them because it might be too difficult for the employees to deal with that day

The store is clean and although I'm not a frequent Kohl's shopper, I always find something fun when I pop in. This trip was sponsored by my Amazon return. Before this week, I had no idea that Kohl's was a drop-off location for Amazon returns. I hardly ever return anything (because I scour the reviews of course), but how convenient! It's in my neighborhood! The process was smooth, handled efficiently, and in a matter of literal seconds I was on my merry way-- to shop (when I should have left the store)! Judge not. lol All in all, a great Kohl's visit in the books!

I find a cheaper price at Dick's sporting good store on their website. So the manager takes my phone from my hands and begins scrolling on my phone and says it has to be the exact color. I find the exact color then it has to be the exact same size. Because they were out of stock IN MY SIZE ONLINE. She said she couldn't match it. This is the rudest manager I have ever met as a customer. You're sign says you'll match the price not "select stores" not "same size/color" what the heck? You do realize we are going through an epidemic where EVERYONE IS STRUGGLING FINANCIALLY. I need these shoes to work at a SCHOOL. I'm not buying pumas for looks I'm buying Hokas for pain management. And as a manager I KNOW she could have matched the price but thats the point she didnt! Because she doesnt care about those lesser or struggling. I've never had an issue till today and will proudly say I will NEVER frequent again.

They have clothing that you will not find anywhere else, which is why I'm a fan! The store clerk is always very helpful and loves to see what you try on to give positive advice. I also love their $15 dollar rack they have available on the sidewalk. Their sale items change weekly and accommodate sizes S-L. Everything fits differently, so sizing up or down is likely. Their prices are also very reasonable ($30-$50), compared to the other clothing stores downtown. I highly recommend this store to anyone that is looking for classy, timeless pieces! ** They also have plus sizes in the back, which a lot of people are unaware of, so they inform you as you enter the store. Located on Airport Blvd, it is a comfortable store with ample parking, amazingly well staffed, and exceedingly well stocked with top notch selections of dresses and every size and style available. I went in, last minute as usual, needing a set of tails for a Mardi Gras Ball. I was surprised to see Jimmy Francia, his wife, and the rest of his family working hard trying to serve both immediate need customers, and a wedding party that apparently failed to make an appointment. They were slammed busy, and still had an organized way of dealing with customers first come first served and made sure to take accurate measurements and even provided sizes for me to try on of every single piece of the tuxedo, down to the collar extension so that the shirt wouldn't be to big under the vest. After giving me an awesome deal price wise, I was very pleased with the transaction. Even if that was the end of the story, I would high recommend them, however the day I was supposed to return my tux, I was invited last minute to another ball, I called Jimmy and for a nominal fee, he gave me a fresh shirt in the same size, and told me to keep the tux another night. The tux fit like a glove, made sure that I was dealt with professionally and in a timely manner, and everything was smooth and well done! Thank you Jimmy and your family for making sure I was well dressed and ready to attend a Mardi Gras Ball, 2 in fact!

Bear followed us around the store showing us his favorite things - which as you may have guessed by his name, it was all Crimson Tide gear! Bear was so pleasant and his owner was just as kind. Very very helpful. If he doesn't own the store, he sure treats it like his own which is everything you'd want in an employee. I ended up buying some new gear for my dad for Father's Day. A hat and a shirt ran me about $80. I thought that was steep but unless there's a coupon or sale offered online, you'll pay the same. We'd also like to support small businesses anyways so this was a no brainer purchase. Great variety and many things I've never seen before that I'd love to have.
