The staff are amazing.. they definitely make you feel welcome on board. Since their inception, they have grown to becoming a serious contender in flights to international destinations ( I would not recommend it right now though ). The beverage service is pretty much right away when you reach cruising altitude. I had a decent seat on the way to L.A and managed to get a few zz's as well. Landing however .. well that was the roughest landing I ever had.. it was a loud thump.. people reacted too. My way back however, I was in a different seat ( and I am not paying 44 bucks US to change seats ).. last row. And wow can you really cram that last row in... it was the most uncomfortable seat I ever sat on ( even when I was in Yellowknife and flew on Buffalo Airways - the C46 in the flight deck ). There was no leg room, no reclining, and absolutely no place for your arms. Even though I am a fan of the airline , I feel the last row can be removed to make more leg room. The nice part was... they have great snacks ! And there's toilet paper n board .. hahaha.

This happened to us in Maui, 2230h flight out that did not leave past midnight. 2 hours late, yet everything online and in the airport says "on time". So anyone with kids, with diabetes, anyone who might need to plan in advance for 2h difference, too damn bad for you! Today, our flight is scheduled to leave at 1615, with boarding at 1535. It's now 1600, no plane at the gate, but still "on time". Screw you, WestJet! You sold out and now you suck and are an embarrassment to your legacy.

We did walk over a mile from the station to find some wine to purchase and we did notice a family (who was also on the train) schlep down to the same street to find a McDonald's. Gayle and I were happy to get back on the train, relax, and wait for it to leave the station. That didn't occur until after bed time. I really like Edmonton, but this isn't the part of town to experience what it has to offer. Admiring its skyline from a distance was a small comfort.

Finding the airport kiosk to check in upon arrival was not hard. Maybe the signs could have been a little bigger and more prominent? The van was comfortable and the driver drove safely. We called to confirm our ride back to the airport, and that worked easily and quickly. Our hotel pickup was right on time and our ride back to the airport was fine. Nice job, SkyShuttle.

It's not shocking to see reviews reflecting this. The best shuttle service can't make up for someone's poor planning or sincere misadventure; the laws of temporal physics still apply. I've regularly used the Edmonton SkyShuttle over the last six or seven years without incident. Sometimes I'm purchasing a ride at the last moment at the in-terminal location. They've got rides from the airport into the city late at night, when my budget fares deposit me at YEG. They have crazy-early pick-up times (with advanced reservation) of which I've made use too many times to count, my eyes barely open as we crunch over new snowfall back to YEG. The drivers have dealt gracefully with rude, angry, self-entitled passengers many times in my presence. No, they can't go faster. No, they can't drop you off at your special place, not even just this once. Yes, it costs money. I can recommend Edmonton SkyShuttle unreservedly. They're not too hard to reach, helpful with my questions and scheduling needs, and always deserving of a tip. Thank you all, drivers and office staff. See you in not too many weeks, again :-)

The cab driver was very polite. The cab was scrupulously clean. Smooth driving. He said "Home sweet home" upon drop off. Did not surcharge. Maybe have to rethink Uber.

I gave them my return flight info 3 times and they kept messaging for info. I paid for valet and our truck was way out somewhere, not ready to go and not warmed up. So we waited for them to bring it up to the building and they had our truck in 4X4 low! Their shuttle buses are set on 25 and don't go more than 25. We were in the building checking in and there was a shuttle outside with one person and he took off so, 6 of us waited at least 20 minutes. I am done booking here. I thought it was owned by West Jet but it is obvious that it is not! Worst service ever! I could keep going but will leave it here. I agree with others, pure laziness and no customer service!

You would have had to start the vehicle to move it to the main building... You also require the vehicles to have remote start now.... Why the heck are you too lazy to press 2 buttons and run the dang thing like you're supposed to?!! Pure laziness and huge lack of customer service. DO BETTER!!
