Very frustrated with JetSet Valet. The past 3 times I've picked up my vehicle it has not been warmed up. It's currently 11:30pm and a temperature of -1 degrees. Wtf Jetset?! Why am I paying a premium for a service that is next to never fulfilled?! I send most of my clients to your parking lot. This is going to stop immediately if you don't shape up! After walking back in to ask why the vehicle wasn't warmed AGAIN!, I get told that it's not cold enough out yet... -1... How is -1 not cold enough?! You would have had to start the vehicle to move it to the main building... You also require the vehicles to have remote start now.... Why the heck are you too lazy to press 2 buttons and run the dang thing like you're supposed to?!! Pure laziness and huge lack of customer service. DO BETTER!! read more

This company has gone down hill since it changed owners. I have had 3 bad experiences lately. Yesterday being the worst. I gave them my return flight info 3 times and they kept messaging for info. I paid for valet and our truck was way out somewhere, not ready to go and not warmed up. So we waited for them to bring it up to the building and they had our truck in 4X4 low! Their shuttle buses are set on 25 and don't go more than 25. We were in the building checking in and there was a shuttle outside with one person and he took off so, 6 of us waited at least 20 minutes. I am done booking here. I thought it was owned by West Jet but it is obvious that it is not! Worst service ever! I could keep going but will leave it here. Having used Jetset parking for years, it is very apparent that their quality of service has dropped significantly. There used to be little waiting, drivers helped load luggage and vans were well maintained. It is not that anymore. Returning a couple weeks ago from Mexico in minus 30-degree weather, several of us people waiting phoned numerous times and bus took well over half hour to arrive. As was noted in other reviews, saw many other parking vans come and go, including 3 from Park2go, while we froze. Last time I will ever park there. read more

Paid extra for Valet service. My truck sat for eight days. We return at 1am spent ten minutes looking for my truck as they didn't tell me where my truck was. Being disabled this was not fun in the dark and snow. When I finally got my truck I noticed the door handle did not feel right but it was too dark to see anything. The next morning I check the door handle and it's been pulled away from the door it's broken. The door was obviously frozen but the lot attendant pulled on the plastic handle and broke it. I brought it to their attention and after a bunch of emails it was documented that the door was broken when I brought it in. well this is not the case I know better to pull on a frozen door with a plastic handle. read more

I have been parking at jetSet for years in fact it's the only business I've ever used for parking at the Edmonton International Airport. I have mentioned to many of friends how convenient it is to park at jetSet. In fact I just recommended parking at jetSet to a close friend, today he told me that a gentlemen who he works with had his Catalytic Convertor stolen while parking at JetSet. Out of curiosity I went online and looked for reviews where this may have happened, I couldn't find any reviews on Catalytic Convertors being cut off so I thought I'd phone jetSet and hear what they had to say. On April 23, 2022 at 8:40am. I phoned the 780-890-8625 number and talked to a fellow by the name of Allen, I told him that I used jetSet for all my parking and I wanted to know if they had any problems with theft of Catalytic Convertors his answer was "yes" I then went on to ask him if they were addressing this issue and he told me if I had a issue I should talk to the Edmonton Airport Authorities I'm not 100% sure of the name he mentioned re-Edmonton Airport Authorities but it was close to the mentioned name. I simply said that if customers knew that this was happing that they would most likely not park there as security of ones vehicle is important. This Allen was both rude and obnoxiousness on the phone, all he needed to say was we are addressing these concerns rather than go into a big spiel about if I had a problem I should talk to the Edmonton Airport Authorities. Allen needs some serious customer relations training! I'm having serious reservations after this phone call with Allen as to whether I will ever park at jetSet again! We had used JetSet parking for many years. Unfortunately we returned last night to discover someone helped themselves to the catalytic converter from my pickup while it was parked there. So here's the news - JetSet advises that they do not have any security footage of the lot, and that they only drive security sweeps four times a day. With thousands of vehicles in the large lot that's the quality of security your vehicle receives while parked with them. Leduc RCMP advise they average a catalytic converter theft every day. Estimated time to source a catalytic converter from Toyota - March 2023! Nice. Thanks JetSet for doing such a good job protecting your customer's vehicles. 1) How about at minimum stopping all of the "cell phone waiting" clients from entering your lot for free for 45 minutes to drive around until they find the vehicle they're looking for. 2) Better, move your exit gate closer to the staffed building. 3) Install well lit security cameras at entry and exit points to capture vehicle details including occupants and license plates. An overhead camera looking down into the truck bed would greatly assist. 4) A full time security patrol reviewing the footage to note repeat suspicious vehicles Hey, in less than five minutes and I've dramatically improved your security system. You just have to care enough to do it. Until then, I guess I keep telling friends how bad your's is and take my business elsewhere. read more

Not impressed. Parking lot is POORLY marked, especially for first time users! Our shuttle on our return had a very rude driver. Shuttle was not maked as "jet-Set" how we to know it would be "Shuttle Service". As for warm shelters, they are useless when you have to drag your luggage to them! I booked the youpark option about a week before we left. I had an email with a code to get a week of parking for $38 so much cheaper than parking at the airport. I entered the dates and estimated times of arrival and departure and in the email it stated I would need the credit card I paid with when we entered. We went to the machine and put in the credit card and the bar raised. We found parking close to one of the heated shelters. It's nice it was heated so as it would have been chilly standing outside. We didn't see a bus around so I picked up the phone and let them know what shelter we were at as they are lettered. The bus stopped at a couple of stops before making its way to us. We waited less than 10 minutes so not bad for 4am. The bus had a few passengers and picked up a few more after us. It's nice and close to the airport so the drive was quick. On our return, there was a bus as soon as we came out so we didn't have to wait outside. That was great for 1am! It dropped off more passengers before our shelter but it's a quick ride. We had to put in our credit card leaving and no problem with the bar letting us out. Quick and cheap parking close to the airport, yay! read more

Horrible. Waited forever for a shuttle to pick us up on arrival and they only sent someone after we called them, twice. Then after they said they would send someone, we still had to wait forever for the shuttle to arrive. Meanwhile we saw several parkngo shuttles come and go. Not impressed. read more

I've used JetSet many times over the years. In the past they had a great service. "Had" being the operative word here. I've always used the "We Park", as it's nice to have the vehicle brought under the shelter and the frequent bus service for both pick up and drop off were always very good. This last time using JetSet was abysmally bad. Had an early morning flight, and didn't think I had to wake up exceptionally early to factor in the time to park. I was wrong. Had arrived, and "checked in", and there was no bus. Had to wait for 20 mins before a bus came along. I had asked one of the staff there, why there wasn't a bus available as there were more than a few people queued up waiting. On the return, the same thing. Arrived at the curbside and saw the bus just pulling away. So thinking that maybe late afternoon would have more frequent bus service... nope ! waited 25 mins (with numerous people waiting). I even called and was told that there should be a bus coming (how do you not know where your buses are ?). Once we arrived, we saw buses (engines running) but no drivers. I can only assume that they had one bus in circulation at the time, doing drop-offs and pickups. Overall: I've used JetSet in the past and have been very happy with the service. This time around, unfortunately the lack of care from their staff when questioning about the frequency of the bus service and the frequency of buses seems like JetSet is trying to cut costs, but going about it all wrong. Also this time my vehicle was not parked under the shelter but left out in the blazing hot sun, and parked about as far away from the facility as possible. Sorry JetSet, but with the rapid decline in service, I'm looking for other options. Two stars is generous based on my last experience. read more

Pretty average for the YouPark. The gate check out system screws up about 50% of the time. We've had a couple experiences where somehow the reservation card won't work and we're stuck waiting for help. Not fun on a cold winter night. On the plus side the boost truck was trolling around with regularity. The shuttle service can be inconsistent as others have noted but I've never waited longer than 10-15 minutes. The shuttle drivers help load and unload bags about 50% of the time as well. Haven't had any major issues so the price keeps me coming back, esp the online discount codes. read more

I use Jetset parking all the time, that being said today was unsatisfactory to say the least. My credit card chip wouldn't recognize in they machine so I tried my debit credit card...which won't work in these machines, so I try Apple Pay...which they don't use either... so okay let me take out cash...of course no ATM. I called the support line and they said someone would be down in 5-10 mins to take my payment with a machine... I called back after 20 mins to see if someone was coming and got such a rude response from the girl on the phone saying that yes, someone was coming and just hung up...45 mins later someone came to assist me. read more

Great people BUT I had my catalytic convertor stolen!! Was there 2 hrs after we returned from our weekend trip. They paid for our taxi home. I had to pay $60 to tow to the closest shop and had to go through insurance. It has been a nightmare and still don't have my car and it's been 5 days!!! I have been parking here since it became a parking option. Always "You Park" because I don't enjoy other people driving my car. 1. I like to book early to save the most amount of money. Book my flights then book my parking. 2. It is as on the airport proper as you can get. 3. Shuttles and shelters. I have never had an issue. One trip we were delayed coming home and they were very helpful in easing my fears, of either getting towed out of the lot or getting charged the daily rate vs. the rate I paid when booking. The person I dealt with ensured all would be handled and my car would be safe! I will park here for as long as there is space. I don't want to park in Leduc, I have better ways to waste my time. I tried Jetset for over a year. When parking in the regular lot, the busses seemed to appear infrequently and unless I was right outside a kiosk station they didn't seem intent on wandering the rows to find myself or others. The drivers were not willing to help you load your bags on the bus. I then chose to upgrade my experience by using Valet, in hopes that it would speed up the process. It worked for the first flight and people came out and greeted me at my car and unloaded my suitcase from my car- I thought it was great! Over the past 2 weeks, the VIP experience has become less than VIP as there are no longer people greeting you at your car anymore, helping with luggage and the waits inside to check in your vehicle seem dramatically long! When your car comes up the valet disappears in an instance and there's simply no chance that he'll load your stuff in your car for you. My last experience included nearly a 20 minute wait to be checked in, only to realize when I got to the front that there were 8 staff in the back room relaxing with nothing to do. The bus driver stopped/sat at airlines no one was getting off at because he didn't simply ask the individuals boarding what airlines they were on. I missed my flight consequently due to this whole event. There are 4 other places to park at the Edmonton airport. You would think from my experiences above that this wouldn't be the case. Good luck Jetset, you finally lost a customer. If you are using Jetset, keep your expectations low and allow plenty of time for dilly dallying prior to getting to the gate. read more

This is a new-ish parking lot at the Edmonton International Airport. It looks like it's really far away from the airport (first left at the lights when exiting QE2 southbound), but trust me, it's awesome. Why? Let me tell you: 1) If you are flying WestJet, you can check in right there! You can drop off your luggage to the attendant just like if you were in the airport. 2) Cheaper than the regular airport lot parking. Park yourself for $9.50/day or they will valet park for $11 (something like that). 3) Save $$ with coupons from their website. Apparently you can also save if you reserve your spot ahead of time, but I didn't see a difference in price. 4) Frequent shuttle buses to and from the airport, plus there are several different drop-off spots within the parking lot. 5) A cell phone lot where you can wait for up to 45 minutes if you are picking someone up. Free! 6) A nice waiting area inside with couches, water and coffee. Highly recommended!! read more

A good parking lot but I don't think I would ever use them in winter again. We have had a winter holiday the last 2 years. Last year I didn't plug-in my truck and when we returned it was dead. Jet Set does offer a free boost service which is nice but we had to wait about two hours before they finally came out to boost us. This year I though i would be smart and plug my car in and bring a battery charger and booster pack in case it was dead again. Again we cam back to a dead truck, even with it being plugged-in. Granted it was a huge deep freeze in Edmonton and we arrived back at -30C. I decided to try my booster pack. It didn't have enough juice to start the truck. So I try plugging-in my battery charger. No go! The plug-ins must be on a rotation cycle or engage at a certain temperature (it was -30 so i was hoping they would be active). The plug-ins weren't active so I couldn't even use my charger on my battery. Our only hope was to have Jet Set boost us again. We called the office and they said they were very busy boosting lots of other people and it would be awhile. I think we waited 1.5 hrs this time before their guy came. I asked him how their plug-ins worked (i.e. rotate on an off every hour or by temp). He didn't know or wouldn't say. We did get boosted but my battery was frozen solid and it took a good overnight charge before it was brought back to normal. We have decided that we aren't going to use this lot in winter again. Just as easy to take a cab/shuttle to the airport and leave my vehicle tucked inside a garage. TLDR: I would not park my car/truck here in winter again. read more

I've used the "you park" service a number of times now. I really like it. The buses come quickly and they stop for you if they see you're making your way to the stop. You're looking at about $11/day for the service. It's cheaper the more you book ahead so keep that in mind. I will say at times it can be pretty full and some spots you have some walking to do. They have a plug in for your car so that is nice. Last time my car wouldn't start and they have a booster car if you call the number in the shelter. Very helpful and the boost helped me get home. Good service. If only I can remember to book this service in advance of a couple of weeks to get a discount then I'd be even happier with what I see. Tip: take a picture on your phone of where you parked you car. The night time and a weeks vacation can make you forget where you parked. ;) read more

I was disappointed in this parking service. I chose the "Wepark" and booked online in advance, knowing I'd be tight for time coming from work. I filled in all the information ahead of time, thinking to myself "How smart they are to get this out of the way in advance" Nope. When I got there I came in to give my keys and instead of just handing them my keys and getting my ticket, I had to rehash ALL of the information I had given them in my pre-booking. I asked directly why they couldn't pull it from my reservation and was told "the system doesn't work that way." Then WHY on earth do they ask for it all online?! On the way home I found out that the valet part only extends to leaving, not when you come back. I had my keys thrust at me by a woman who then walked away. I had to try way too hard to ask where the heck I was supposed to be finding my vehicle. She told me- out front in one of the first two rows. So here I am- wandering around the parking lot dragging my luggage in the cold parking lot with massive amounts of ice (I did fall once and came close a million times). I'm close to tears as I wander around searching, and am finding nothing. I finally resign myself to the embarrassment of going back inside and asking again, only to be told that my truck was in another area entirely. I eventually did find my truck, which I couldn't warm in advance because they LOST THE BATTERY that was in my car starter. This service is cheaper than most of the others, and I may try the version where I park my own car next time (at least I'll be able to find it), but the wepark was a terrible experience. We've used jetset in the past with no issues. This time was different. They've now moved right next to value parking. When we arrived I called the Number to book the shuttle three times and it never went through once It just kept saying this call cannot be completed and then on the fourth try went through. The caller said a bus would come within 10 minutes it took 20 minute. Upon on our arrival I had to phone 3 times before the call was answered again and the shuttle was absolutely packed they never had more than one bus it lookEd like people had been waiting a long time for the bus. Meanwhile park and go had 3 buses while we all jammed onto one bus. We were travelling with an infant the bus experience of jet set was not worth it. We will likely check out park and go next time. read more

This is the only parking lot I use when parking at the Edmonton International Airport as I've had no issues so far. The staff are quite friendly and always have a smile on their faces when they show up in the shuttle. It's also about as close as you can get to the airport without parking at the airport. At about $10 per day or $50 per week, the rates are very reasonable and the whole system is pretty technologically advanced. You can book online using a credit card and that same credit card would be used to enter the parking lot. They have heated bus shelters, and most parking spots have a power outlet in case you want to plug your car in -- very useful during the dead of winter. You can also check in at the bus shelter or if traveling with WestJet, check in your luggage near the entrance of the parking lot. I haven't used that service yet. I guess I have trust issues. According to the website the shuttles run every 5 minutes to the airport. A more realistic expectation might be every 10 or so minutes and I'm sure it depends what time of day it is. Shuttles going back to the parking lot from the airport seem fairly frequent. jetSet also offer two types of parking, youpark and wepark. I haven't tried wepark but it's basically valet. I guess it might be convenient in the winter because the car will be warm. It's also good to know that they give you discounts the earlier you book, ranging from 5% to 20% off. Not bad, not great. The price is the selling factor here. It is close to the airport, but often the buses don't seem to be as regular (especially when you're coming back to your car) as the other companies. I have only used the "youPark" method -- where I pick the parking spot and my car is in that spot when I get back. Call me paranoid, but it seems as though few people know how to drive manual transmission nowadays (I've even heard it called an anti-theft device!) so I don't trust mine with the "wePark" people. For customer service, they are very good, having rectified billing errors and even experiential problems in the past. That said, they do seem to have some staffing issues that cause problems with the bus service. All in all... I'll use them again (and again), but if there was ANYTHING similar for the price, I'd take it. FYI: if you book in advance (60+ days), you get a better rate. Even a couple of days in advance can get you 5%. A quick online search can find other coupons worth as much as 25% off. read more

A horrible experience. Upon my arrival back from vacation with my 2 sons and elderly mother, we encountered a horrible driver. We met the bus at the designated area. I watched the driver load others on, as I stepped onto the bus with our luggage, he decides to go to his seat. I have to ask him for help with our luggage. We load 3 carry-ons onto the bus, he tells me there's no more room ( the entire top rack was empty). My mother suggests that I just go get our vehicle & come back for them. At no time does the driver divulge that another bus is coming in so many minutes (I still don't know - because apparently that information is secret- I was later told by the counter lady at Jet Set). I left my 2 sons & elderly mother at midnight standing on the curb. As we arrive to "we park" I get up with another couple. The driver points out to me, not them, that this is only for "we park". My impression - my skin is too dark coupled with maybe I'm too female for "we park". I show him my ticket. He walks away. The couple looks at me and offer to help me with my luggage - not the driver! Remember, there's 3 suit cases & only 1 me. They express their concern for leaving my family at the airport and the obviously bad treatment I'm receiving. I tell the lady at the counter about my experience, she suggests I speak with a manager, but I have to wait for him to arrive. I wait 15 mins, no sign of anyone, so I tell her I have to go because my family is still at the airport, they're exhausted & its late. I leave my name & number to have the manager call me. 5 days later - no call. I decide to call. Suja at Jet Set calls me back. She thanks me for informing them about my experience. I ask what will be done. She tells me they will investigate the incident. I asked if they would call me back. She said no. I told her that wasn't acceptable and that at a minimum, I would like an apology from the driver. 3 weeks later, no call from anyone. My conclusion; they don't give a flying fig. I'll stick with Elite Indoor Park. Excellent service every time. Helpful drivers & staff; always friendly. I've used them at least 6 times before . Bonus; I get my vehicle detailed by them while I'm away. I will never use Jet Set Parking again. read more

Close,convenient and frequent shuttle service. The driver doesn't help with bags so no tip expected. Plenty of stops in the lot so you don't freeze or wait very long. Join their loyalty program and get extra savings does what I need it to do. I've used both you park and the level up where they have your car started so it's warm. Recommend both. read more

I've used Jet Set parking 5+ times in the past year and have had nothing but good experiences. That is until the last time... I hadn't had a chance to book in advance so I just drove in and got a ticket from the dispenser. Upon speaking to the staff at the office/valet pick up building they gave me the quote and even suggested picking up a 20% off coupon that is given out at the info booth in the YEG airport. I picked up the coupon when I returned to wintery Edmonton and proceeded to pick up my vehicle. I got all the way to the exit booth and inserted my ticket. It then asks to scan any coupons/discounts. I attempted, unsuccessful, for 5 minutes to scan my coupon. Finally I pressed the button for a live agent. After 20+ rings a girl answers and I explain my dilemma. She put me on hold for another 5 minutes and apparently we got disconnected so I had to call back. I get the same girl and complain about the disconnection and she denies that it was her. I re-explain my problem and she says I have to go back to the valet building to get the discounted rate. Now I was in serious disbelief and was very unhappy with the service I was receiving. I had to back up the one way drive way, re park my car near the entrance of the valet area and walk to the buliding. Once I got there I asked who answers the help line at the pay booths and there is a call centre in the YEG airport. How convenient, they aren't on site and don't feel any responsibility to assist their customers. I explain my problem for a 3rd time and they proceed to tell me that the CS rep could have applied the discount right there and I didn't need to come back to the valet building! I would rather not have heard that and it made me even more upset. Finally they apply the discount, I walk all the way back to my car and get the hell out of that godforsaken lot. I was still late for a lunch appointment because of this 25 minute delay. And all they did was give me another 20% off coupon. Now on a positive note they are very close to the airport, the shuttle buses are much more frequent then their competitors, and if your battery dies they have a truck that drives around the lot to give you a complimentary boost. Of course they have outlets so you can plug your car in and prevent a frozen engine block. I will use them again but I won't forget that bad user experience. I love using JetSet parking. It is so much cheaper than parking at the terminal. It is a bit further away from the terminal, but the shuttles run on a regular basis and they have heated shelters. I really like the fact that you can purchase your tickets online and only have to swipe the credit card you used to purchase the ticket when you arrive. read more

jetSet is cheap with a good location. Online prepayment is great. Here comes the however. This morning we returned after snow melt and freezing. We were dropped at one of the shelters and I then had to walk more than a block on icy frozen snow pack to get my car. Very treacherous. jetSet does not deliver you to your vehicle like other lots. There is a trade off: great price and location but not the greatest walk in icy conditions. read more

My husband lost his cooler of meds.,insulin, and other personal items. The man that I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful and tried to locate and returned it as soon as possible. Within 2 hours the cooler was found and we received the call that they had it. Received a second call to make sure we knew. We will be using this parking service again. I have used jetset wepark several times in the past. The last time I parked there (October 5-9 2018), I paid ahead of time as usual. I was then charged a second time as I left the lot on Oct. 9. I'm now contesting the second charge. There are a lot of parking options at Edmonton International Airport and I won't use this lot again unless they straighten this out and assure me this won't happen again. read more

We used Jetset parking (valet service) for the first time July 10th, 2014. We were greeted as we drove up, assisted in with our luggage and checked in with reasonable ease. The attendant did have trouble inputting the info (we had already checked in online and were just checking our baggage) and the lineup behind us was growing substantially as he kept trying to input the info. Some gave up waiting and proceeded to the airport. But as we were 1st in line, we were overall pretty happy with the experience. Probably because the staff were very friendly and trying to accommodate. Returning was another experience! The shuttle driver who picked us up (identified by #112 shuttle) did not get off his butt at all to help load people or baggage and one lady in particular was having difficulty. It didn't fizz on him. We mentioned this to the female attendant when we paid inside for our parking, but she also couldn't have cared less. Anyway, we proceeded to our vehicle and drove to the exit where we inserted the proof of payment tag we were given to open the gate and proceed out. The machine accepted the tag but gate would not open. We then see other vehicles lined up at other gates beside us with the same problem. We push the "help" button with no response. It rings but no answer. After trying this a no. of times, we try honking our horn to get the attn of someone inside the bldg where we paid. But they are like our shuttle driver and not prepared to do anything to assist. And by the way, there is a kiosk at the exit gate for a parking attendant but it is unmanned. By now more cars coming and so we try calling on the "help" button again. Finally, we get a response from someone INSIDE the terminal. He wants our receipt no. The one tag was still inside the machine but he accepted our visa receipt which we fortunately had as proof and opened the gate. He acknowledged that this has been an ongoing problem and they have been after the co. to upgrade/replace the gate equipment but they haven't been quick to do so. So will we use jetset pking again? Thinking not, at least until they make some improvements with staff and equipment. read more

I just came back from a trip had had my vehicle parked with WePark. On arrival the service couldn't have been better. The staff was friendly and helpful. They helped with our bags out of our Jeep. On arrival back to Edmonton our experience was completely different. We were lined up to board the bus and got stampeded by the crowd butting in line to get on the bus. We had a 20 month old baby crying that he was cold; but that didn't stop these hardened travel warriors from trampling us. The driver was no help; he stood there watched it all happen. I think he was in shock by these "humanoid's" behavior. He then told us the bus was full and drove off. Another bus arrived after the 1st one left. The driver was extremely helpful; he put our bags on the bus and helped us with them on arrival. We we arrived at the parking lot;service was non existent. One person asked if we needed help; I said yes; and he walked away without helping us. When the lady at the counter decided to help us; we were given a nonchalant wave in the general direction of where our jeep was. When I asked again where it was she pointed to a door and said "it's out there somewhere". Real helpful in a parking lot full of vehicles. When I went out the door what do I see; but enough ice for an NHL team to play on. After I slid my way down to my trusty Jeep I moved it the front doors to load it up. This time 5 or 6 employee's watched me load my luggage. would I use this service again; I don't know. Certainly not in cold weather since getting on the buses is so haphazard. read more

While overseas on vacation we found out that our truck has been stolen from the jetSet you-park lot. After numerous attempts to contact management to inquire how this can happen we wait for a response. We find support on how to handle incidents is extremely lacking. We will be following up with management on on our return for a full refund and explaination. I understand it is difficult to monitor if vehicles are broken into and items taken, but how does the vehicle exit the lot? read more

BE CAREFUL WHERE YOU PARK IN YOU "YOU-PARK" LOT !!!! There are a ton of areas where you cannot park, but they look just like regular parking spots. I arrived and there was an empty spot between two cars. It turns out all those particular spots were no parings spots. When I returned back after a week, I found a $25 parking ticket on my windshield along with everyone else. Cash grab for City of Leduc!!! These no parking zones are all over the parking lot. They are marked, but I did not notice the sign upon parking. It seems silly because it's a parking lot! I didn't save any money in the long run and next time will use airport parking. read more

Terrible service. We paid extra for the "extra" service called "wepark" thinking that they would actually have the car back at their depot ready to go. We got there precisely when we said we would - they didn't have our car ready because they'd checked up on the wrong inbound flight. They did not offer to refund the difference between the valet parking and the self parking. Avoid this - use a reputable one. read more

I always valet year round for business or personal here. My car has twice not been ready to drive in the winter. The battery was dead. I also waited an hour till it was charged. They lost my bag on my last trip where I went to Vegas. I checked in 3 hours early. I give them one star today but have had a 5 star experience once. read more

Used their valet service for a recent trip. Drop-off went great, friendly staff and modern bus to terminal. My return flight was delayed 2 hours. My car was ready and waiting for me when I picked it up, however the internal trip timer showed the car had been running for 1 hour 50 minutes before I even picked it up! Totally unhappy with this, luckily I had left it with a full tank of gas and the flight wasn't delayed even longer or who knows what might have happened. Might use the self-park option as it is close to the airport and the shuttle bus is convenient, but not the valet again. read more
