I am a Sheetz addict so I'm going to kind of rant on about this for a bit. Just a quick word, but I absolutely love this place! I looked their cheese appetizers coming and I absolutely love their apple cider that they serve, I don't remember the name of it, but it was absolutely amazing, they have an amazing service, five stars absolutely amazing. What I normally order for their cheese appetizers ( back to what I was saying earlier) Is just Wisconsin bites, mozzarella sticks, mac and cheese bites, with nacho cheese. Absolutely amazing in my opinion, if you want to try it, I would recommend it, but their food is absolutely amazing, the service is great. read more

I was craving some Sheetz and wasn't going to wait for my next trip home. I really hope that Sheetz starts entering in the DC metro area so I don't have to make special trips to Virginia to find a Sheetz. I actually ended up going to a few Sheetz on this trip as you will see in the forthcoming reviews. This was the first stop so I needed to grab myself a sweet tea. I was going through a bit of withdrawal. It's always refreshing to have that sweetness hit my lips. I wanted to browse through the rest of this place and pick just about everything up, but I didn't want to do that all in one spot. Why not spread the Sheetz love out to as many locations as I could on this trip. I made use of the self checkouts to get me out of this place a bit quicker than normal. Not sure why I wanted to get out of here as quick as I could, but I knew there were many places to go. The parking lot can be a bit of a hassle, but this is the only drawback of this location. This place has the cheapest gas in town! I've shopped all over the Herndon area, and this is where it's at! I also appreciate the quality of the convenience store itself. They have a far better selection of ll types of fast food, pastries, and drinks. This location also has a restaurant inside which is even better. The employees have always been personable, and I have always felt like I was in a good mood after doing business here. Some of the other local convenience stores are completely opposite. So yeah, if I had a choice I would definitely prefer to come here. The problem is that there are not too many locations close to the city, which is where I spend most of my time. read more

If you want a fast, fairly affordable meal, this is the place for you. It has everything: fried Oreos, wall of tea, fried cheese (two kinds), milkshakes, fried pickles, hotdogs two for a dollar, fried boneless bites, breakfast sandwiches, fried chicken strips and many, many more selections. They are efficient and affordable, but greasy and unhealthy. It is a good craving satisfying place, but I wouldn't recommend it on a regular basis. The highlight was the make your own shake menu. Was so hungry and flight was delayed and no restaurants open anywhere. Found this place on Yelp and it was a gas station convenience store all in one. In the middle of the store there are a few touch screen kiosks to order from. One selection is made it prints out a receipt and then to proceed to the register to day. Minutes later they call your number to pick up. Very convenient, not the greatest food but it was hot and satisfied my appetite. For sure will return if in this city late at night. read more

I only stopped today to use the restroom coming from Dulles Airport but I can say that they were clean and well stocked. That may not sound like much but when you're out as often as I am and are forced to use public restrooms as often as I do, you appreciate the little things like a clean restroom with toilet paper and paper towels. read more

10/26/21 On 10/23/21 I had just finished an all day job of driving. Well, in actuality, most of the job was sitting around waiting for my clients. Nevertheless, in the early morning, I finally got a chance to visit Sheetz. The first Sheetz store I visited last week were completely out of all the Cancer Bracelets and everything else. I went to my second Sheetz store and saw nearly everything was bought at this store. I did buy the last two dark pink bracelets. If I get the chance next week, I will go back and buy 2 of the Cancer "C Type" Chargers with case. The store was pretty empty at around 2 something in the morning. This is fine with me. I an history happy I was able to get the two dark pink bracelets. I know wear one of these bracelets along with the first light pink bracelet. Oh, I did see two white bracelets, but I am not intrested in those. If I go back and aquire two of the Chargers there, and they have a white bracelet; as well, I will buy a white bracelet if they have one still there. Until then, I was able to now visit two Sheetz stores. Only one more in the Reston area to visit...well, maybe not. read more

04/26/2023 10:58 PM There is a tall skinny brown haired lady that works second shift she is of Caucasian descent. I will not patronize this place again until she is fired. I entered this establishment as someone was walking out and they asked me if I could help them out with some gas. I agree and did some shopping inside. After shopping for a little while and getting to the cashier I double checked with the cashier to make sure that person still had a car at pump 6. Maybe someone had help that person while I was gone. She proceeded to tell me that they were probably scammers and why would I waste my money and she got really upset and went outside and confronted them. I've seen plenty of caucasians outside of this particular sheets begging for money and never once have I seen her confront any of them. I had already agreed to give this guy a little gas money when I went in to pay for my stuff by her coming out it looks like I went in and complained if this person had actually been a dangerous person she has now put my life in danger. She has also put her life in danger. The most important thing about this is I did not once request a manager or complain about the guy asking me for money she interjected herself into something that really was none of her business. Kids come in every weekend running out the door with beer in their hands and she does nothing order stock up and take hours for people that are just trying to get home to get and she does nothing. A couple of brothers are trying to get back to Baltimore and suddenly she's Dudley Do-Right? Nah. She got to go and I will make sure everybody I know that is brown goes elsewhere to get their gas treats and various other sundries. read more

It does NOT HAVE E85. Let me get that out there for anyone looking to fill up with E85, this location does not have it at their pumps. They do have diesel and other octanes but E85 isn't one of them. You'll need to go to the location at Windmill Parc Drive to procure this octane. Aside from that this location isn't bad, the road leading into it is horrible but aside front that it's well lit and has a ton of pumps. read more

Be aware if you're buying food after midnight I kept my eyes on the lady she's preparing the food in the kitchen most of the time she don't change the gloves she scratching her butt and all over her body with the same gloves she will make your sandwich and if you ask her pls change gloves she will spit in it or burn it as you can see in the pic. Just opened right off 606 as you head towards Herndon. Gas is cheaper here than my usual place not sure because it's new. It's got several pumps and loads of parking if you want to get stuff inside. I can imagine this place will get busier as people realize it's open now. Also I take 1 star off as it's right by the quarry and there are quite a few big trucks and buses you have to maneuver around just to get in. But it's not far from the exit for route 28 so that's a plus. read more

I love Sheetz, first visit to new store. I ordered the two for breakfast burritos this morning (first time). I thought they would be made fresh but the were the small frozen burritos. They were good, but not microwaved long enough. The hash browns where refried to heat up or over cooked and greasy. The worst part of my visit is that most of the coffee and cups were gone, had to ask employee to make more. It would be great if they had small packages of aji / hot sauce for the food eaten onsite read more

BEWARE - this location doesn't change their frying oil near enough. I ordered their mini hashbrowns and instead of being golden brown and crispy, they were dark brown (because of the old oil) and soggy with grease. Unacceptable, COVID or not. Just be careful. What really makes this sheetz a 5 star for me is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, particularly a guy named Seth. Every time i come in he is more than happy to help out customers and even double checks inventory to see if they have anything in that someone might be looking for. The sandwich I got was supposed to be warm. I ordered fries with it and I got no fries, except for the five fries that were INSIDE of my sandwich. I asked them to fix it and what I got in response was getting reprimanded by the guy working the sandwich counter. As far as convenient stores, this is the best that I have found throughout the country. The made to order food is as good as any regular sub shop. The stores are always clean and well lite. This location is doing something right! A few Morse staff running registers and such would be great, however, the employees they have are rocking it! I think the staff make up for most of the experience you have upon visiting any business. They are who represent your brand, and these people have got to be about the best Sheetz brand ambassadors out there! We've been Sheetz fans for many years so were happy to see this one opening in our home town! We stopped for gas the other day and went inside. It's really nice inside! Seems to be the new store design with a very large and pleasantly furnished eating area, and a wall of slushy serve-yourself drinks, as well as the usual array of ready-to-take foods, MTO counter, and tons of snacks and drinks. It's easy to get to from Rt. 28 and from Rt. 606 in Herndon/Sterling, with a convenient traffic light at the intersection. Good gas prices, and we'll make this our food stop if we need to grab a quick picnic lunch. read more
