I asked to speak to the owner and he gave me an extension code for a much lower level car wash than I paid for. I was cheated by this business by the employees who work for the business and shorted what I paid for after being promised that I would be able to use the service even if I was late.

This is more of a car spritz, not a wash. Unless you just want to rinse off salt from ice-treated roads or rinse off the pollen in the spring, save your money and find another car wash location that will actually touch your car to brush off surface dirt.
