I found 95 Auto Service through my auto warranty. (Of course, my warranty didn't cover these repairs). It's crazy that my former mechanic of 30 years had replaced the manifold catalytic converter twice - 07/2024 and 05/2025. Of course, the engine light came back on 05/2026. I keep a diagnostic device in my car when I get warnings on my car. Of course, my readings were always P0420. Ephrem with 95 Auto told me that he had the same P0420 reading and said that the car needed another catalytic converter. That makes this the THIRD manifold catalytic converter replacement. Please note that I did a Google search about this issue, and I found that Hyundai Tucson's have issues with their manifold catalytic converters. In any case, after FOUR manifold catalytic converter replacements (yes, I said 4), 95 Auto Service was able to find the root cause as to why I was burning through these converters. Unfortunately, the root cause does not provide a diagnostic code. So, the team at 95 Auto had to go through EVERY component to locate the problem. Happy to say that 95 Auto solved the problem . . . for now - HEYYYY, it's a Hyundai! lol Needless to say, I have reported this to Hyundai Corp. Now I have to get the roof panel repainted but at least Hyundai will cover this.

They checked and no engine mount issue. Only bearings and brake boot. They ordered the parts and told me to come the next day. It was done in a few hours. They even tried to help with my leaking sunroof problem! Great service.

First, I would like to say that there were no prior issues with my car per regular maintenance from Infiniti/ Jiffy Lube, however, there were now "issues" that they "found" that mandated resolution totaling over $2,600. Given my time limit, I unfortunately agreed. When my car was ready, there was no call to let me know that it was ready, just a text message, which in my opinion is very poor customer service. Then, unfortunately, the day after picking up my car, which was the day of my flight , I realized that they had damaged parts of my car and that my car drove differently, sometimes randomly transmitting unfamiliar fumes that can be smell inside the car. Sunoco then sent a text message asking if I had any questions or concerns with my vehicle. I sent a thorough response back with pictures, however, no one ever came back with a response or an explanation. The damage to my car with no response to my inquiry is extremely unacceptable given the large cost. Either way, I've accepted my poor decision but just wanted to ensure that no one else would make the same poor decision of going here for an honest inspection that would lead to no damage. 0/10 recommend, however, that wasn't an option.

They took me in as a walk in, diagnosed the problem and admitted they had put in the wrong type of coolant (I have an Audi Q3 so it needed purple coolant, G13). They drained and flushed the old green coolant, and replaced it with the right one. All for free!! They stand by their work, and are not afraid to admit when they are at fault. Hard to find an honest mechanic shop these days, but it's good to know Joey (the manager) and his team are truly 100% transparent and stand behind their customers!! Highly recommend this team for honest and reliable work on your car!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO HOGAN AND SON'S HERNDON…read more This will be long so if you don't feel like reading - they are friendly but their mechanics lack expertise, their "advanced diagnostic" is an absolute rip off, they will upsell you for things you don't need and you can't be sure the work they say they did was actually done. I took my 2015 Jeep Wrangler in for service on a Tuesday afternoon because there was a burning aroma coming from my air vents when I would stop at red lights. I had a general idea that it was an oil leak and the oil was dripping onto the hot engine and that was producing the smoke/aroma, but I took it in for them to properly diagnose the issue. I was told at the counter that I absolutely needed to do an "advanced diagnostic" as opposed to just a regular diagnostic for them to properly identify the issue. (The adv. Diag. is $200 instead of $100.) I agreed to this. Nearly 2 hours pass until they complete the diagnostic and I am told that I have a pretty bad oil leak and that I would need to replace my entire oil housing assembly unit ($1500,) I was ASSURED this would fix the issue but that I would have to bring back my car the next day (Wednesday) to drop it off. I was also ASSURED the work would be completed in one day. Also note: I added a simple indicator light replacement and oil change/tire rotation to my services. Fast forward to Wednesday, I show up around 830AM to drop my car off, no issues dropping it off. I haven't heard anything by a little after 5 so I decided to call the shop for an update, they let me know that things are taking longer than usual and that they accidentally keep ordering the wrong replacement bulb for my indicator light and that my car might not be done today because they can't get the bulb in. At this point I am a little annoyed but whatever, stuff happens. I take my car home without the new bulb because I need my car Thursday morning but will bring it back Friday morning for the new bulb. Fast forward to Friday morning. Remember the oil change/tire rotation service I mentioned earlier? My front two tires have an orange discoloring around the rims and I noticed these two tires were still up front. Clearly my tires have not been rotated despite them telling me they were rotated. I bring my car back to the shop for the bulb and to get my tired rotated for real this time. This process takes nearly 2 hours again but FINALLY my car is good to go! Or so I thought... Over the weekend I began to smell that burning candle aroma in my cabin again but thought it might just be residual oil burning off of the engine so I let it go for a couple days but by the following Monday I could tell something was wrong. I called the shop to let them know and I brought it in the next morning on my way to work. They called me while I was at work and let me know that I have ANOTHER oil leak that would require another $1500 fix. I told them not to touch my car and that I would be in shortly. I arrive at the shop to have them explain what's going on. The man at the front changed his story a couple times, first it was "The mechanics didn't diagnose this second leak when you originally brought it here." to "The advanced diagnostic doesn't cover that kind of inspection." to "They thought replacing the oil housing assembly unit would fix this leak too." However all of these story changes just insinuate a lack of expertise and how much of a rip off the advanced diagnostic is. He told me verbatim "there isn't much of a difference between the advanced diagnostic and the regular diagnostic," when I was pressing him asking why this second leak wasn't discovered despite paying $200 for them to diagnose the issue. I was quite furious and the man at the front was somewhat apologetic but he was just saying "well they fixed the bigger leak, this one still would've been a problem it would've been $3k even if they found the second leak at the beginning." What he wasn't understanding is that if they told me that $3k figure up front, I wouldn't have opted for the fix, I would've allocated that $1500 I spent to fixing other issues with my car. I took my keys and left the shop. Five trips to the shop, after being told my car would be good to go in one day, and $1600 later and my car is in the exact same state it was in when I first brought it there. (Outside of an oil change, a bulb, and rotated tires.)
