The store is very clean and neat. Some gas stations have bad odors but this does not. cashier was understanding and the prices are reasonabl. I wish the store was brighter and easier to come to. read more

I been using these guys for gas, emissions and inspection for over 7 years. They are extremely professional, honest, efficient and reasonable in pricing. The price of gas here is also comparable to what is around here. The inspection technician is always courteous and points out anything that needs to be done. read more

Although you can see it off Elden Street, the actual entrance is off a side road. Location has a minimart that sells all sort of 7-11 type junk food as well as beer. It's a good place to stop by for lottery tix or for a six pack on the way to a friend's house. :-) read more

This Exxon Mobil was easy to get to what I need to fill up my tank, although I didn't like what side of herndon that it was on. Is located near quite a bit of ghetto, and there are day laborers sitting right around the McDonald's in the 7-Eleven and I will stare at you all you filled your gas or are right in that area you might not feel safe. On another gas station exon of course is also in Herndon that you might want to go to but I might be out of your way. read more

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Workers are rude and unwilling to help. They told me that the payment system is not working after replacing my brake light. They should have informed me prior to working on my car. They asked me to leave my ID and go to the nearby ATM. I will not come back to this location for anything. read more

Fast and great service is all I ask....they more than delivered. I had one car that needed an emissions test and another that needed state inspection. I called ahead to make sure they weren't too busy. Showed up and both cars were done in less than 20 minutes. Everyone from the guys in the garage to the cashier were great. read more

(station right across from Fresh World and Guapos -- next to McDonalds) I have been bringing my cars here to get inspected and have emissions done ever since I've moved to the area 5 or 6 years ago. The guys here are all very friendly and have been honest with me. What surprised me was even though when I had only been there once or twice to get my car inspected, they already recognized me when I came in. Asking me how my other car was doing and even remembered what my other cars were. That shows me that they actually care and pay attention to their customers. That's what kept me coming back initially. Well, today I took my truck in to get inspected and unfortunately it did not pass due to a ball joint going bad. The tech was quick to not just tell me but brought me over to show me joints and point out how it was bad. Knowing that ball joints on my model Dodge were notorious for being bad, I knew he was generally concerned about a safety issue and not just out to make a buck. He offered to repair the car the same day. I told him I had to get back to work and would think about it. He was concerned about the car not being safe to drive and even offered to give me a ride back to my office if I left it off to get fixed. I was impressed they were willing to do that for me. That is good customer service! So I asked him how much it would cost? He called over another tech to look at the car and agreed it was in pretty bad shape and made a couple phone calls to the parts store while I waited. He then was able to jot down some prices on paper for me to look over. The prices seemed reasonable to me so I accepted their offer to fix the car and I received a ride back to my office which happens to be nearby. A few hours later I came back to pick up my truck and I noticed it was still on the lift. It turns out replacing the joint on the truck was a more "labor intensive" job then they had originally anticipated. Looks like they had to do some extra work to remove the joints and had to drill them out. Fortunately I had a ride with me, so I apologized for my truck being a difficult patient and said no problem and that if they could just give me a call when it was finished I would come back and pick it up. So another hour or so later they called me and I came and picked it up. I thanked them again for the hard work they put in on my truck and went to pay the bill. I was glad to see that they still charged me what they had originally quoted me, despite the fact that it took some extra work on their end. I was worried that the bill would be extra, but they remained true to their original quote! That in my opinion is what is going to get you repeat business in the car repair world. I always hear horror stories about people leaving their vehicles at the shop and getting surprises when they come back. Since they were honest with me this time and put in the extra effort to get me back on the road, I will continue to come here and get my car inspected and repaired when needed. Of course, I hope my car doesn't need any more repairs!! Thanks again to the crew at Exxon on Elden; I appreciate you helping me out today! read more

Rip off! Don't go there, they charged me 15$ for a small tire repair, should not be more than 10$ at all. I have decided to not even pump gas from them to stop supporting rip offs. There are other places around very close, go there. read more

I really wish this Exxon would stop using those tree air fresheners by the Costco/BJ's/Sam's Club etc 80 pack - it's assaulting - so people that work the registers not shower? My tongue is numb for the 2 minutes I am in there and NO it's NOT a good place to buy beer/wine.....or water or juice or...why do I stop there? UGH - the gas is fair priced and during the horror in July - -they were open and actually had "GAS" Yeah! read more

I have been a customer of this station for a long time, regularly filling up, getting the car washed and making purchases inside. Last night an insolent cashier -- one I had not seen before -- refused to complete my purchase using my credit card. She was rude and stupid. I will be taking my purchasing power else where in the future. read more

I brought my truck there to have a control arm put on. Theses guys were great. In and out in 45 minutes for half of the cost of some of the shops down the road. (I did know how easy it was to put on... so that may have helped with the price i was quoted) Either way I have no complaints. Thanks Guys. read more

I have been taking my vehicles to Reggie at Herndon Exxon almost exclusively for 10 years. I get fuel, inspections, oil changes, and other maintenance taken care of here. Reggie, the proprietor, is one of the most honest and conscientious persons I have ever met. He will go out of his way to help someone struggling or unfamiliar with car maintenance. He always stands behind his work. An he will never try to sell you something you don't need. I highly recommend this establishment. read more
