This Sheetz needs to hire people who want to work. The people who work in the kitchen spend time looking at their personal cell phones and wearing ear buds. There is one cashier that is always at the last register laying against it. She often holds the line up because she is talking to people she knows. Either she is clueless or doesn't care. On a recent trip home I needed to find a spot to use the facilities and stretch my legs. I found this place rather easily as it sits off Route 40 and this stretch is like a connection between I-70 & I-81. The lot is rather large and accommodates a lot of vehicular visitors. When I pulled in I found a spot on the side of the building further away from the door. I make my way inside and straight for the facilities. Clean, in order and easy to use. Came back onto the store floor. Well stocked, decent layout, made it easy to browse. I grabbed myself an iced tea and made my way to the checkouts. Filthy food! My recent visit to this sheetz officially made it my last. The door to the doughnut display case was missing. The employees actually put doughnuts in the case anyway and when I was at the store mid-day, flies were crawling all over them. Generally, store cleanliness levels have been getting worse. Countertops are covered with spilled coffee, milk, trash, etc. After witnessing the fly situation at this store, I never want to eat at Sheetz again. read more

Again, I have been to nearly every Sheetz in the state of Maryland and Pennsylvania and even though I am in PA, I am constantly traveling and stop at these just to keep it Christian. Variety of snacks, cheap gas that has water in it, and made to order food. What you see is what you get. The store is one of the cleaner precincts in the area- def cleaner and safer than the Washington street location. This is situated on a corner up near the Outlets which seems a little out of the way but can be very convenient especially if you need a cheap meal. The food o have had from there is very good. They put the cheese ON THE BOTTOM OF THE MEATBALLS which is a common mistake made often- after working the sun the cheese sticks to the wrapper and you paid $1 when really you're only getting 74ć worth (trust me I've done the math) Would highly recommend it! read more

This is, in my opinion, the best Sheetz in Hagerstown because it's never super busy and the employees are always fast and the food is consistently good. The difference between this location and the nearest one on dual highway is pretty drastic lol but it's not the employees fault. When covid-19 was brand new I remember someone said it came from the Sheetz on dual. read more

Food was awful!!! Bought two hot dogs, they looked and tasted like they sat out for days. No flavor at all. The hotdog was hard and dark. They put fresh onions, chili and jalapeños on rotten stale hotdogs. They should have been thrown in the trash, I wouldn't feed them to my dog! I'm a new regular at this sheetz because it is by far the best one in hagerstown. It's clean. Staff is friendly and quick, and it's much larger and not crowded. Literally worst customer service and management, specifically Aaliyah the manager and I believe the cashiers name was Michelle. I literally had to wait 13 minutes for this manager to charge me $0.30 for white chocolate drizzle, mind you I buy this drink just about every day and never been charged anything additional. And let me just say, I've bought other drinks and had them substitute syrup for whip cream. To make matters worse Aaliyah and the cashier( some poorly raised child) attempted to add charges to my transaction without even telling me. It wasn't until I asked what was going on that she informed me she would be charging me for the white chocolate drizzle that I asked for in place of whip cream. This literally took 13 mins of my life I will never get back smh and costed Sheetz more money in labor to argue with me over $.30. So then she finally gets the charged added and I look and she done charge me about 5 times for that $.30. And once I checked out. I was still overcharged. All This for a single transaction of $.30. You would have thought I was beating Sheetz for $100. Then as I'm Leaving the manager and the cashier proceed to talk shit about the transaction with another customer. Completely unprofessional and I will never go back and discourage anyone from using this location. There is another Sheetz located at 316 Washington St. Do yourselves a favor and go there, best customer service ever!!!! read more
