If you haven't tried the lunch buffet, you are missing out. They have an excellent selection of chicken, lamb and veggie favorite. The service is always the best. They even gave us mocktails on the house. The restaurant offers amble seating. I love how they have the hummus and other food in the refrigerator. Definitely a favorite. Can't wait to come again!

This restaurant is absolutely beautiful. It's like walking into a different world! I was there for the grand opening of the coffee shop that was added to the restaurant. The coffee shop space is cozy and comfortable like you can make it your office space away from home! Back to Sheeba...the food was absolutely amazing! I didn't have any garlic paste and didn't think about any! (This is huge for me as I LOVE garlic & usually slather it on everything!) The service was excellent everyone was warm and welcoming. I was continually asked if I was ok or needed anything! The icing on the cake was the hot towel I was given at the end of my meal....all that was missing was a pillow from my food induced lethargy! Lol

Came here last month with friends and food was pretty good! Service was fairly quick considering we were a bigger group, all our food still came out fresh and hot. Lamb Haneeth and fahsah were both delicious, shish combo was just okay though

What's going on with Sheeba? Now they are getting popular and open more locations, they jack up the price. Lamb haneeth is $33 now, damn. Waiter is a problem, dude talk too much like a car salesman. Food is good, but not better than other Yemeni place. They sure give you a lot of white rice. If you don't mind driving, I would go to Hammtramack for Yemeni food.

We ended up at Sheeba for lunch on accident, but I'm so glad we did! The Great Commoner & Avenue Brunch had a crazy waits and Malek Al-Kabob was closed for whatever reason. I've had Yemeni coffee & tea but this was my first time having a meal! The portions here are VERY generous so consider sharing! *Hummus and Baba Ghanouj - we started with these! My in laws have never had baba ghanouj before and really enjoyed it! I liked how creamy it was. The fresh flatbread was AMAZING; we ordered another one! *Chicken Zorbain | $20.00 Marinated chunks of boneless chicken mixed with Zorbian rice, parsley & scallion -- Again this could've fed like 3-4 people! It reminded me of biryani; it was super flavorful and well seasoned. It also came with a lentil soup, which I enjoyed! *Adeni Tea - Anytime I can get Adeni tea, I do it! Sheeba's version was very good. It looks like Sheeba has multiple locations, but this one is MASSIVE! It looks like it could house holiday and family parties galore.

We ordered chicken zurbian rice , sambosa , frise and hummus. The rice came with meat soup. The rice was delicious, tasty and tender. The chicken is already mixed up with the rice. It tasted good But the rice arrived a little bit cold. The samosa is one of my favorite. Very good! I wasn't a big fan of the soup but the frise and the hummus was great replacement for me. We paid around $33 for everything! Which was a good deal. Yes I might come here again.

Our waiter Abbas was really nice and attentive. The food was decent and came out fast. A friend ordered everything but we I remember mostly chicken ghalaba, lentil soup, naan, pomegranate juice and lemon mint drink which was all good. It wasn't that spicy though so you might need to ask the waiter to add it somehow.

Mmm mmm mmm. If I could do 4.5 stars I would but I'll round up to 5. The meat is SO SO SO tender. And so flavorful. And this is coming from a person who doesn't like meat that much. The rest of the food isn't that great but the meat way more than makes up for the rest. The rice isn't that good though. Nor is the fattoush salad (go to malek Al kabob if you're looking for good fattoush). Nor is the bread. It's ok. The service is fine and maybe a little slow at times. The place looks like it's getting renovated. It's a little dirty, not the fanciest but again, the food makes up for it.

Lamb haneeth, surprisingly the lamb was kind of dry... Remas was so much better

The service...slow...the food just ok... If you're looking for real authentic, Yemeni, Mediterranean food you have to try Remas in Hamtramck. It's worth the extra 10 mins drive. Soooo much more flavor.

Family oriented place. Service was slow at first, I had to ask for a server. The chicken I ordered was bland. Not sure what the how they received high ratings, maybe it was rated by their family members...I had high expectations for this place...I won't be back.

We came here on a Saturday eve after being turned away by two other places. Overrated to the finest is my opinion. They should concentrate on food, quality and cleanliness. All entries are served with a choice of soup or salad. Ordered : Chicken Shawarma Plate Chicken Tawook Falafel There was a plastic string buried in the chicken shawarma plate. We asked them to remove it from the table immediately. They apologized and did check with us if we would like the order replaced. We declined and they did not charge us for Shawarma. Food was truly lacking and nothing to rave about. Slow service and we didn't find it to our liking.

Rear entrance to Sheeba Restaurant. Lots of free parking here.

Perfect food and very nice taste. But you have to check the receipt carefully before paying. I found some items added.

Worst restaurant ever. Overpriced and the meat looked like pink with blood like color bread like rubber. DO NOT GO THERE.

I did enter through the rear of the establishment since I parked there. The menu is pretty extensive. Ended up getting the half order of hummus. A basket of warm pita and two sauces came out. I initially thought that was the pita. This was complimentary I believe. The garlic sauce is solid. The other one is a spicy sauce of some sort. This spicy one was super good. The hummus came out. Very smooth and flavorful. For my entree, I got the Shish Kafta. You can choose between lamb or chicken. I went with the chicken with a side of rice and my choice of soup or salad. I opted for the lentil soup. That came out piping hot. This was delicious. Flavorful and good texture. My entree came out and wow. The portion is way more than what you pay for. Came with 4 very huge blocks of chicken kefta. Nicely seasoned and grilled to perfection. Had a nice char on the outside, but still juicy on the inside. I used the two sauces from earlier to give it an extra kick. I washed it all down with a mint lemonade. This was absolutely refreshing. Clean place, very good food and the customer service was solid.

Sahara is another top option with a more casual sit-down space. The fattoush was absolutely fantastic at a 9.5/10, and the hummus was also amazing but on par with other local options. As for the kabobs and what not, they were all solid with the best being the tender pieces of the chicken tawook at a 9.7/10. What you get here is incredible value for the sheer amount of food you get and will definetely have leftovers. It's a goal of mine to visit as many spots in Dearborn as possible. This may take awhile, as I live out of state and only come back twice a year, at best. Sahara is just 'ok.' Yes, the food is plentiful and the price is decent, but the food is average. Spend a few extra dollars and go elsewhere. My favorite part was the bread, which was made in house. The fattoush salad was also delicious. My lunch combo leftovers are probably going to wind up tossed... My mom had a veggie dish with undercooked carrots. She found the lentil soup to be missing flavor. Service was fine and there are some tables. A lot of their business seems to be carry out and catering.

The owners are incredibly kind and make you feel appreciated as a customer, which really stands out. The food is pretty good overall, with solid Middle Eastern flavors and generous portions. One small thing I've noticed is that occasionally the bread comes out a bit cold, but it's a minor issue and hasn't taken away from the overall experience. Between the warm hospitality and consistently good food, LaPita is definitely a spot worth stopping by when you're in Dearborn.

They started us off with complimentary plain bread, which felt a bit basic without even a touch of garlic or flavoring. The place didn't have a dedicated drinks menu, but the server mentioned she could make anything we wanted, which sounded promising. However, the drinks didn't quite live up to expectations. The margaritas ($12) were quite diluted, and the $7 mocktails were underwhelming. For food, we ordered the Chicken Kabob Dinner, Shawarma Platter, and Spicy Man-Usha. Both the Chicken Kabob Dinner and Shawarma Platter came with two sides : we chose fattoush salad, Greek salad, and grilled vegetables. The grilled vegetables were done really well, and the shawarma platter was enjoyable. However, the chicken kabob was disappointingly dry, and the Spicy Man-Usha, despite sounding exciting, turned out quite bland. Overall, it was an okay experience, pleasant enough for a casual visit, but not something that would make us go out of our way to return.
