Over the past couple of weeks they have pushed their pickup time to after 6:30, which makes coming after work not feasible if I get off at 5pm...now this means it takes an extra day... Often you will go to pick up your clothes and the store will be closed with a sign in the window saying, emergency, closed today. This is a poorly run business and I am currently moving to another cleaner... 14 months ago, I would have given this business 4 starts, wish I could give it 0 now.

Close to half the washers and a third of the dryers were out of order. One entire bank of washers was gone, with just a dusty, filthy, chipped-paint platform where they once stood. There was water on the floor that no one cleaned up (so I did!), and the floors were so filthy I would bet they haven't been mopped for a year or more. The washing machines SMELL SO INCREDIBLY BAD - LIKE ROTTEN FOOD, GARBAGE, SEWER, MOLD AND DEATH all rolled into one. The machines that do take a card have to be swiped at least twice before you can continue. The dryers are a joke!! "Hot" is barely warm and it will take about an hour to dry a normal sized load, even if you use the ginormous dryers. It took me three hours to wash and dry 5 loads, at a total cost of close to $58 dollars!! And while I was falling deeper into a depression and crying over my poor decision to try this laundromat, I could only find two small elementary-school desks with a small chair, or the folding tables with 5 pitiful chairs held together with duct tape upon which to set my sorry a$$. And that "clean" bathroom they boast about? It must be a port-a-potty in the back lot because it sure isn't the one right by the dryers! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! THIS PLACE IS A DIRTY, STINKY, RIP-YOU-OFF, DUMP!!

I took them to Tide Cleaners since it was the closest dry cleaning establishment and wasn't disappointed. Their drive up lane is convenient and they greeted me as soon as I pulled up. The drop off was quick and they gave me a claim slip but I didn't have to use it. I dropped my things off on a Saturday afternoon and the dry cleaning was ready by Tuesday afternoon, which did seem a bit slow to me. When I picked the clothes up, they looked great - clean and wrinkle free. The cost was $12 per blazer which seemed a bit on the expensive side, but I'm just glad to have my clothes clean and safe. I will be using them in the future!

Some Asian women were very helpful and I saved another Asian woman who was about to use the machine I did after I was done. I offered my concern.
