Cecilia and her team are so professional, kind and thorough, and the job truly speaks for itself. Our floors are immaculate, our bathroom and kitchen sparkle with the Sanchez shine, and the carpets look like they were professionally shampooed. I strongly recommend Sanchez Solutions as they meticulously scrub and leave your house clean and sparkling. They are so courteous and kind too. Disappointed. Giving one star because I can't give zero…read more One of their cleaners was over today to clean a single average size room, one time only. As we arranged this cleaning, I reiterated several times the exact tasks to perform, even provided a written, bulleted task list that included my providing an unscented cleaning product due to allergies and the need to clean "all internal glass surfaces." Once the cleaner arrived, I told them to contact me by phone or text with any questions/ issues and they confirmed. They started cleaning and a while later I checked to see how things were going and noticed they had not used my unscented cleaning agent "because it was a concentrate" and they "couldn't mix it" with the appropriate amount of water. I have no idea why nor do I understand why they wouldn't contact me to have me mix it. So, smelly room that I had to mop again myself with the unscented cleaner. They also did not wash all the windows because a couple were "too high" and their insurance wouldn't cover that task. Seems like they could have mentioned that as other service providers did, while we set up the job. But not a word. So, after I mopped the floor again to remove the smell, I had to clean the upper windows that I had believed were to be cleaned. Again, simple single room clean, because I don't have the time to do it but I had to, anyway. Lesson learned - won't be using this service again.

I did notice one small issue a few days after service and the owner came back out to resolve it as soon as I contacted him. Like any contractor things do not always go as planned or perfectly but I trusted them in my home- they were allowed a key. It took many many months for a rebuild and payment but we finally have everything resolved. Most of the delays were on the insurance end and others were communicated as they occurred. The team I worked with was amazing. I highly recommend they are IICRC certified and shared their license information. If I ever have water damage or mold problems again these are the guys I will call, who I trust and recommend. *** update 2019***** Reducing review to 3 stars. We had water damage again- NOT in the same part of our home as a few years ago- this time it's my kitchen and an important part of my home. During the rebuild process some additional items which weren't considered were found and they forgot to submit paperwork. To be truthful the missing items should have been identified initially and my first follow up should have prompted paper work to be submitted- it took a third email after the insurance said they didn't get paperwork.. things happen- if these guys didn't do such a good job previously I'm not sure I'd still be a customer. Waiting to see what happens- hopefully we can get this done- will update review if things go smoothly or get worse

I'll start by saying Loyear never actually did any work for me - which is, in a strange way,…read moreexactly why I recommend them. Shortly after moving into our new place, we noticed an area of water damage in the wall and flooring from a leaking drain pipe, which the previous owners had covered with furniture during our inspection. We had the leak itself fixed by Tonka Plumbing, and requested an estimate from Loyear for the remediation work. When Gary showed up, he had a mask, booties, everything you'd expect in 2020. He listened to what our issues were, inspected the damage, pulled out his cool infrared gadget, and gave us his estimate. The surprise came when he then told us that - as much as no business likes to turn down business - our issue was one we could probably handle ourselves. Instead of simply taking our money, he suggested that we give it a go, and call him back if the issue turned out to be larger than we were comfortable handling on our own. So there you have it. 5-star review for a company I never actually hired -specifically because of an estimator's honesty and frankness. Will 100% call them in the future for any water damage/remediation work I need.
