I used their services a few times but the issues became too many to justify continuing. I did both a deep clean and regular cleanings. They did not do the fridge/freezer during the deep clean (it was discussed this would be done), then when they came back to re-clean the fridge was not up to par. I also paid additional for dish washing. The dishes were done poorly and I had to rewash everything. I recommended them to a friend and they had the same experience in regards to lack of attention to detail. It ended up being a more stressful experience double checking work vs this taking something off my plate. Overall, the services overall are just okay.

Their details noted that nobody needed to be home so I was working in the basement, and didn't hear them ring the doorbell. I didn't realize they needed to come in to take the screens off! It appeared the person didn't get my phone number, so poor guy had to wait until I noticed the ring camera notification to be let in. They have traditionally been more cost effective than some competitors. This year they started the job and came back with a price hike to finish the job which was nearly a thousand more to do the job. They are no longer cost effective. We have had other vendors try to remove it however they were successful. I tried Dawn dish soap and a scrub brush attachment on a drill and got some decent results. I reached out to Kahuna and requested an in person appointment through their website. I received a text stating they received it and would schedule. I received several texts about the date and them coming by, I reiterated, several times, that I wanted to be there when they stopped by to discuss the issues we were having. No response, no one showed up, we have cameras on the property and know if anyone approached the house....no one came. The next day I received a bid via email for standard house washing and and additional line item stating the option to acid wash the house and pricing was on a per square foot basis. no total cost, no price, just a open line item. Then I started getting emails about scheduling the work. They ignored my request to meet on site. They didn't even show up on site. It is as if I am being told...screw you just give us your money. I have Berber carpets which were in good condition but had a lot of staining and they were able to resolve all of my problems. Interestingly enough they do NOT move furniture, but they told me that ahead of time and I had plenty of advance notice to move things out of the way which enabled them to get to all the corners of every room. They took their time, did a great job, protected the corners of the walls where the hose was being run to other rooms, and did a great job of cleanup. Highly recommended!
